Taj Mahal Tours in February 2027

Communication was great with company organising tour. Taxi arrived on time and took us from Delhi to Agra, stopping at service station along the way for coffee and comfort break. 3 and a half hours to Agra, picking up our excellent guide pramod along the way. We were dropped off right outside the fort and our guide purchased the tickets and took us everywhere in the fort and took excellent pictures of us with our camera. When we had seen what we wanted we went back to taxi and on the short journey to Taj Mahal. Again the guide purchased our tickets avoiding the queues and in we went to see the breathtaking spectacle of the Taj Mahal, our guide took us to all the best vantage points and photo spots taking some beautiful pictures for us, he was full of knowledge and talked through the entire history of the site in great detail. Finally, we went for lunch at a lovely restaurant, buffet Indian style all included in our price of tickets. We were asked if we wanted to carry on exploring, but chose to get back to our hotel after 10 hours of exploring. I could not recommend this tour enough, perfect for us. We were two couples in one car and there was plenty of room in the Toyota Crysta, bottles of water and snacks were also provided in the car.

My friend and i had about a 30 hour layover in India and booked this tour to be able to easily see these two sights. Our driver was extremely prompt in pick-up, had a clean car and was safe driver. We were too early for breakfast at the hotel , but he stopped along the way at a spot for us to get coffee It was a lovely roadside restaurant that had delicious curry and good coffee. When we picked up our tour guide, he was energetic, friendly, and excited to be on the trip with us. We toured Agra fort and taj mahal and he was so knowledgeable with what he told us. He kept energy high and kept us interested and entertained. He had us call him by his nickname 'firefly". Lunch was a delicious Indian buffet, the staff were kind and generous, and firefly allowed us to eat in peace, but checked in many times to make sure we had enjoyed everything and were happy. Seeing the taj mahal was lovely; firefly did a good job of pushing away locals who jet asking for selfies with us, and made sure to bring us to great view points despite the crowds in order to get a good picture. He was lovely and very sweet, and overall, the trip was great. Even though we were only going off a few hours of sleep, we were fully entertained and felt comfortable the whole time. I would recommend it to anyone. I would recommend taking cash for tips, though, as they seem to insinuate working for tips quite a bit.

I booked this tour through Viator looking for the most convenient way to visit Agra from Delhi. We are a family of 9 (ages 9 through 60) from USA who have never been to India before and I was very pleased to have such an accommodating tour. Our private bus picked us up directly from our hotel in Gurgaon on time. The roads in India seem chaotic compared to America but our driver was masterful and made us feel safe throughout the entire journey. Our tour guide in Agra, Yogi, was excellent. He was extremely friendly and incredibly well-spoken. He was accommodating to all of my family's needs (we are very needy) and was helpful throughout the entire day. He was excellent with our kids (who are very talkative) and kind and pleasant to the older members of my family. His English was perfect!! Though the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort drew considerable crowds, Yogi made sure that my family was comfortable, let us walk at our own pace, took pictures for us and helped us skip what looked like very long lines. Awesome to learn that he was an avid NBA fan! We'll return the favor if he ever visits the USA and we'll go watch basketball. Before departing Agra, our driver and Yogi took us to a very clean Indian buffet restaurant with great service. In the end, I was astounded how well this tour went. My family is admittedly chaotic and hard to manage so I was slightly nervous how the day would go. Because of the fact that everything from pick-up to drop-off went so seamlessly, all I can do is highly recommend booking a tour with this company. Thanks!!!

We had a fantastic tour yesterday of the Taj Mahal. Our driver Kamal picked us up right on time at 6am and drove us safely to Agra and back. In Agra we met up with our tour guide Husain who went out of his way to give us a beyond amazing tour of the Taj Mahal. He really took us off the beaten path and away from the tourist crowds. We also ended up skipping Agra Fort and went to the Baby Taj - beautiful. Lunch was also delish. Overall a wonderful day!

We had an amazing time on our day trip to see the Taj Mahal and other sites in Agra! Our guide was so knowledgeable and gave us great insight along the way. Highly recommended! We were in Delhi on business and wanted to make sure we had a chance to see the Taj Mahal so this was a perfect solution for us.

Our group (3 people) booked this tour via Viator. The entire day was awesome! Our private car service (an AC van) arrived 10 minutes early at our hotel in the morning to pick us up. Our driver, Mr. Narender, was super friendly and didn't mind that we napped most of the (~3 hour) drive to Agra. He stopped about 1.5 hr into our drive for coffee/bathroom break. There is a rest stop at every toll section and there were about 4 we had to pass. So don't worry about the long drive. We met our tour guide, Amit, in Agra and he was the sweetest most knowledgeable tour guide I've ever met! He made everything super easy by getting our tickets for us, introducing us to his photographer friend at the Taj, taking pictures on my phone for us at the Taj, showing us the highlight areas of Agra Fort, the Taj Mahal, a side trip to the place where they hand-craft marble products, and had our lunch reservation set up in the separate upstairs section of the restaurant. Amit knew everything and could answer any questions we had. He made sure our schedule lined up to where we weren't stuck in long lines or had to wait for pictures in perfect spots. We loved our professional photoshoot we did and the pictures came out great! Thanks to our driver Mr. Narender we didn't have to worry about parking or tolls which helped a lot. We didn't get to see the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah (Baby Taj) because we wanted to get back to Delhi for our friends flight out that night. Wish we had more time to see that and maybe even other cities (in a longer multi-day tour). I would definitely recommend this company and Mr. Narender with Amit as your tour guide. You'll feel safe, relaxed, organized, and be able to enjoy the things you wanted to see. Ask for these two when you book your next tour!
