Just done the 28 day Aus east coast adventure. Loved every minute of it there is activities for everyone. I had Kiera from Sydney to Brisbane and Hannah from Brisbane to cairns they were both amazing and so kind they were always there to help when you needed it. I would definitely recommend this tour particularly for solo travellers as its a great way to meet new people.
I recently completed the 28 day Australia tour. I would like to thank Gemma and Faye for an unforgettable experience, and for making every moment fun and enjoyable. Although Gemmas dance moves could use slight improvement both her and Faye were always the life and soul of the party! Thanks to both of them for sorting everything out behind the scenes which meant everyone on the group could enjoy a once in a lifetime holiday and make some very good friendships, they both worked hard to ensure we were all stress free and could enjoy every moment. Both are amazing at their jobs and are a huge part on why the tour was so amazing. I cannot recommend the tour enough and if you are lucky enough to get either Geminem or Faye as your tour leaders I can assure you, you are in for a good time!
I loved the 3 weeks! Even if you could easily travel Australia on your own, traveling with G has so many advantages! I highly recommend it if you want to see a lot in a short amount of time with like-minded people. And it's a relaxed, stress-free travel experience where you don't have to worry about your accommodation, transportation and activities. A great itinerary, lovely CEOs and cool travelers make for a perfect mix! I especially enjoyed Cape Tribulations and seeing koalas for the first time in my life ?. ?
Hey TripAdvisor, My week with the intro travel was amazing I had so much fun. First of all our group leader Fiona, and Caitlin who picked me up from the airport, were amazing. They did everything for us to feel comfortable, example, it was a little warm in our room so Fiona organized a fan for us. Never forget. She sorted everything for us to get the best start in Australia. Our activities with the intro travel crew were amazing! We did jet boating which I was a little bit scared about - but it was so awesome. Also we had a two day trip to port Stephens which was mind blowing! So many different animals and the sand boarding in the middle of a small Sahara (Stockton sand dunes) was so much fun! All in one, the week was so good, at the end everbody was sad to leave the group. Some of our group travel Australia together now but I already had some plans made. I even cancelled my accommodation over Christmas and the New Year just to book onto the Intro Christmas package so I could spend the time together with the intro squad in Sydney. Love you all #literally ¸
Intro has hands down been the perfect way to kick off your backpacking time in Australia! Especially when travelling solo as you meet so many amazing people in the exact same situation as you and the group leaders and everyone at intro are so so friendly and genuinely want you to have the best time possible and make the most of Australia while you can! As soon as you land you are welcomed with friendly faces which makes everything a little less apprehensive! The activities that you do on the tour are so so good everyday is filled with something amazing the first day is getting to know your group a chill table quiz that may or may not turn into a night out thats for you to decide, day two was so good the jet boat you will never want to get off it great tunes and doing crazy stunts in a speed boat what more do you want, third day boat trip was what dreams are made of sitting on a nice we yacht with a drink in had catching some sun, jumping into the Sydney harbour for a swim and a wee BBQ, its a glimpse of what I expect rich peoples lives to be like everyday so ideal! Then a wee trip to bondi beach because you cant do Sydney without visiting bondi...some sunbathing and swimming followed by a gorgeous coastal walk before you get a wee BBQ and then burn off the calories you just ate by a few games of rounders and volleyball which are so much fun we stayed nearly the whole day at the beach couldnt leave! Then Port Stephens is a nice wee break from the city where you get to experience a bit of the wilder side of Australia having a kangaroo in the garden is just casual, there is so much to do you go 4x4 driving around sand dunes and then sand boarding which is sick and a bit of a workout but totally worth it! Then a wee hike for some awesome views just to get you parched so you can make the most of the trip to the brewery which has some really nice wine so maybe grab a bottle while you are there! The surfing the next day was so so fun! I didnt think I would be able to get on the board but the surfing instructors are proper surfer boys (not bad on the eyes either for us girls out there) so they know what they are doing and you will for sure be able to surf by the end! We even saw some dolphins whilst we were surfing was so good! Then got a closer look at the dolphins on the dolphins cruise and you can even jump into a massive net at the side of the boat and swim along with the dolphins! Its amazing! After departing from our surfer boys its almost time up so time to plan the rest of your amazing trip! Then the farewell dinner which has the most spectacular view of the whole city from a rotating restaurant followed by a night out to drown your sorrows of leaving the intro squad but celebrating such an unreal week! Truly the best experience you could ask for to start off your trip and its great way to make the most out of where you are! Everything is planned for you and its so easy you have nothing to worry about and any worries are quickly solved by the wonderful group leaders and intro team! I couldnt have imagined going a different route Im travelling with the same group that I met on the first day of the Oz intro and Im so glad because travelling as a group you still meet new people but have your wee family to enjoy Australia with! Our group leader in particular (shout out to Fiona the legend and her sidekick Caitlin) was amazing, the nicest person ever made everyone in the group feel so included and we had so much fun with her she becomes a part of the group! Any query you had Fiona had it sorted she was an absolute star! Made Australia feel like a home away from home! We met the other group leaders and genuinely everyone is so nice so dont worry if your unlucky enough not to get Fiona because everyone is lovely!
I had an amazing time on the Oz Adventure tour. We did so many fun activities and got some really helpful advice for our onward travels. Fiona was great and really organised!
