Our tour leader, Toni, had a deep knowledge of the history and politics of both countries, and he was a superb communicator. The city tours were interesting though I would have preferred much more time spent on the countryside hikes. Sections of the forest walks were more challenging than I had anticipated and a lot of time was spent looking out for tree roots and other trip-hazards rather than enjoying the wonderful scenery. The forests of Finland and Sweden are magical; it would have been good to have had the services of a local nature-guide in order to interpret the fascinating ecosystems of these wild places.

The group encountered beautiful scenery of Scandinavia from Copenhagen to the Norwegian fjords to Stockholm. This tour provides a terrific comprehensive experience of these countries. The tour director was excellent giving us stories of history and culture and helped us with issues during the trip.

The itinerary is organised just right to allow the best parts of the three countries ( Denmark, Norway and Sweden)to be visited. As a seasoned traveller I am used to one or two night hotel stays, you just get used to it and become well organised. This was my second Trafalgar tour ( Best of Germany last time) and the high standard of service and organisation is consistent. The travel Director (with tour group all the time) is always of a very high standard. I like their coach seat daily rotation policy as well, nobody hogs the front or best seats. Full praise to Trafalgar, keep up the good work. Gary P.

Our trip through Scandinavia exceeded our expectations. The scenery was amazing and the extra tours great What topped it off was our tour coordinator Jenn and Drive Tomik both top notch. Thanks for a memorable holiday.

The itinerary was very good. I am 77 years old and had a little trouble with walking so many steps and hills up and down, but I made it OK.

The trip was great! Two weeks allowed for a more comprehensive experience than just visiting the capitals, and visiting Norwegian fjords and mountains was exceptionally valuable. Due to the large territory that the itinerary covered, there were about 3 days with lots of travel on the bus, but the stops were provided at good intervals. It was also a very balanced combination of historical, cultural and natural highlights of the three countries. The Travel Director and the Bus Driver were wonderful. All our needs were attended to. We highly recommend this trip with Trafalgar.
