Sigiriya Beach Trips

The tour was fantastic although we would have preferred to add two nights at Yalta and reduce the beach nights at Earls Reef Hotel. Also although we did a day trip to Colombo from Bentoto, the traffic held us up and limited our time in Colombo. If we had finished our tour with one night in Colombo we could have seen more

We booked and paid for this tour pre-Covid in late 2019. Australia closed its borders one week before we were due to commence our best of Sri Lanka holiday in March 2020. Bookmundi and HOT tourism assured me that we could postpone our tour until it was safe to travel and we were ready to go. They placed no time limit on how long it would take. True to their word we rebooked and and commenced our tour in late June this year. We’ve (Myself, wife and daughter) had absolutely no regrets. The best of Sri Lanka tour took us to some wonderful cultural and historical sites. Not to mention the natural beauty that Sri Lanka has to offer. If you are considering taking this tour I advise you not to hesitate. It is great value for money and a lot of fun and very relaxing. Sri Lanka is a wonderful place to visit and I hope to come back again someday soon.

This trip was absolutely amazing. We could not be more happy with our local travel specialist and our awesome guide Buddhika. Anyone couple who is interested in a unique and exciting honeymoon adventure should book this tour. Our guide took great care of us and made sure we had the best experience possible. Sri Lanka is such a beautiful and diverse country with so much to do and see. We are so sad the trip is over but thankful to everyone who made this experience an unforgettable one. From start to finish this was a great tour. We got a real feel for the culture, history and the people of Sri Lanka. We experienced jungle, beach, fish market, farmers' market, village life, historical sites and throughout had magnificent views of this beautiful country. Hotels were clean and comfortable and buffet food gave us plenty of choice. This is a 'must do' tour!

What an incredible adventure from start to finish. Our driver and guide Abey Waradhana went above and beyond making our trip both interesting (with his excellent knowledge) and enjoyable. He looked after us, never hurried us and escorted us everywhere, he even checked up on us after his part of the tour was over. We feel like we were there for months we packed so much in. The itinerary was intense but so worth it from the walks, the temples and the additional trips to Sigriya, the Temple of the tooth (highly recommend a night visit) and the safari. We have seen so many elephants, beautiful birds and other wildlife we couldnt have asked for more. The hotels have been of top quality and the food and staff incredible. We cannot recommend this trip more highly, great value for money and an experience to remember forever. Make sure you bring comfortable footwear and a brolley. Thanks once again Abey, youre a star.
