Really well organised. All info before was useful. Luggage always arrived at the right hotel. Hotels varied which we actually enjoyed. Only one let us down. Cold room and no heating working. We arrived wet and exhausted after a day of heavy rain. Our clothes did not dry overnight. Disheartening. But we really liked Hotel Carlos (Melide) in comparison and also Hotel O Pino. Lovely people and excellent service.
We did the self-guided Camino and they made the whole experience so streamlined and stress-free. Everything was organised for us and the service was excellent. Meals, accommodation, luggage transfer, information.....all perfect.
Our Camino experience from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela was amazing. All went to plan with bags arriving as scheduled. In the main the hotels we stayed in were good with dinners and breakfasts of a good standard. The hotel staff were friendly and were able to explain how things worked, told us what time bags were required each morning. The actual was great with many pilgrims to chat to along the way. We made some great acquaintances along the way from a range of countries which was great. All in all a great experience that I would recommend highly.
Apart from the difficulties arising from living in the north west of England and having to get to an airport for a plane to Santiago, the whole experience was marvellous. Super organisation of hotels and luggage transfers. All the hotels were very good.
We were a group of 4 friends in our late 60s who had planned to do the Camino in 2020 prior to Covid. All our accommodation on the trip was fantastic. Even the one star hotels were extremely clean and had generous breakfasts and dinners. We upgraded our accommodation in Arzua and it was sensational. We had massages for our aching legs in the hotel. We also upgraded the accommodation in Santiago de Compestela and the hotel was beautiful. The baggage transfer went without a hitch. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to experience the Camino with a higher level of comfort than is available to most pilgrims.
I’m usually a free range traveler but I was glad that I did eventually book our trip with them. It went without a hitch and we were grateful that we had accommodation booked after a hard day walking. All of our hotels were on the Camino and all except one had excellent facilities.
