Rabat Tours in October 2027

This was my very first group tour holiday. I opted for the Upgraded- Discover Morocco because quite frankly I like to have 'quality' accommodation rather than hostels. There was one hotel downgrade due to not enough space for all that I did not find was agreeable and certainly not on a par with our other Riads and Kasbah. I hope Explore do not ever consider using this particular hotel on their upgraded tour again. Looking back, I feel I was very disappointed, but the rest of the tour had been wonderfully overwhelming that I had many more fabulous things to experience. Our Tour leader Boubker Boutkhoum, had stepped in to cover for the original tour leader and I get the impression that this may have been short notice for him. Boubker was kind, caring, an excellent organiser as well as being a diligent mediator. He was often often phoning ahead liaising with the accommodations, booking restaurants for us and even finding some that sold wine! (This was important for our group). His passion for his country, religion and being a Berber shone through with so much integrity and intelligence that everyone loved him and learned so much from him. I felt he was really looking after us all and seemed to be calm, have so much patience and a good sense of humour.

EXCELLENT! Morocco is such an interesting country and the EE tour provided a really good cultural experience. We ate at very good restaurants and the hotels, overall, we're top notch. Being on a tour provides you with insights you would not gain if you were on your own. We were taken to one restaurant, in particular, that was exceptional. It was a restaurant that one would never find alone! Our tour guide, Aziz, was "beyond fabulous". He made the trip! Because he is Moroccan he was able to provide us with so many insights into the country. Our guide, Aziz, made the teip!

This was just the most fantastic journey across Morocco. Each city and kasbah had a unique charm and beauty. Camel rides in the Sahara added luxury into making this just a really special experience. Fantastically organized trip from the first to last day!

Our guide, Mouhcine, was knowledgeable, friendly, and made every moment feel special, while our driver, Hakim, ensured smooth and comfortable travels throughout. Each location we visited, from the ancient ruins of Volubilis to the bustling medinas of Fes and Marrakech, was an extraordinary experience. The accommodations were impeccable, especially the night under the stars in the desert. Riding camels in the Sahara and watching the sunset over the dunes was a memory I’ll cherish forever. The blend of luxury and adventure was perfect, and I cannot recommend this tour enough for those seeking to immerse themselves in Morocco’s rich history and stunning landscapes. A seamless, luxurious, and unforgettable journey!

We saw so many things and now have lots of good memories. it was a lot of traveling by car, bus and air, but all went smoothly. We especially enjoyed our guides and drivers. They were so helpful and got us around safely.
