Provence Tours in September 2026

The trip was everything we were looking for. Great food, very well organised, great service by the staff aboard the barge and the barge was generally very clean and tidy. The number of guests on the barge (17) was a god number, particularly when it came to dining and any more may have made it a little crowded. The cycling was just right and the rating on the website was accurate in our opinion. The distance cycled was good for us with the scenery interesting, the bikes were good, the group we cycled with were great and our tour leader Antonio did a wonderful job. Antonio was very good and looked after everyone. He was informative and fun to do a tour with. He interacted well with people and certainly made the trip a great holiday. Overall we could not fault the trip. Well done to everyone.

We had a great time on our trip. The crew were very friendly and accommodating, and our guide was great too. The food onboard was fantastic. We also really appreciated the snacks & drinks at the end of each ride, as well as the fully automatic espresso maker, with all of its drink options.

Our bike trip in Provence was wonderful for two older but fit people. The GPS worked like a charm and as you said it makes it more fun when you go “off track” once in awhile! The back roads through orchards, vineyards and small towns was most enjoyable!

The trip was fantastic. I had an issue with the battery on my eBike and they sorted it out with no issues. The app and maps worked brilliantly. The accommodation was always clean and friendly.

The very best way to experience the back roads and villages of Provence. Perfectly located accommodation in places we might never experienced had we not been cycling. Sleeping under the city ruins of Beaux de Provence and enjoying the first class hospitality of the hotel owners was an experience we will never forget. Moderation was put behind us! Easy track notes to follow and lots of opportunity and places to do your own exploring in the towns.

We really enjoyed our first cycle trip. The instructions were great and the app kept us on track. All the accommodation was up to a good standard and the highlight was the evening in Baux de Province. We are looking forward to our next adventure!
