My family booked a customized 8-night trip to Torres del Paine, Perito Moreno and Iguazu and we were happy with how the trip went. Throughout the planning process Lucia and Julieta answered all of our questions and gave us different options that suited our needs. We enjoyed the hotels which were all in excellent central locations (which was what we requested). The professional local operators were both punctual and knowledgeable. Perhaps the highest compliment is that nothing went wrong during our trip and I doubt that is just by luck :-) If you are looking for experts to help you plan and organize your vacation, this is a great agency!
This is my second trip with Exodus and I could not be more pleased. Already planning my third. The Iguazu Falls extension was over the top fun! The tour leaders that Exodus works with were all exceptional. Pamela with Aqua Grandes in Iguazu. In Patagonia on my lesser hikes, both Mathieus and Jorge were knowledgeable about wildlife - and we saw a lot! Condor (from afar), puma (up close), emus, rheas, guanacos, and plants and flowers and orchids, etc. SUPPORTIVE both literally and figuratively moving at my speed and letting me figure out the terrain.
"The trip was bucket list dream come true for Yukiko and became mine as well after discovering Patagonia with my own eyes! We are glad to rest in between and enjoyed the main experiences like gentle horse back riding with amazing view, mini hike on Perito Moreno Glacier, and hike at near Torres del Paine (we could not make to the main hike due to decided to rest). Even more, all the hotel, Frances Drake Hostel, Los Canelos Hotel, and Rio Serrano hotel had such a breath taking views and we want to thank you so very much for making our trip possible and wonderful. If it wasn't for your bright suggestions and help with changing our bus time, we would not have been able to complete our bucket list on our honeymoon. Happy holidays and best wishes!
Patagonia is simply amazing, beautiful, and a sight not to be missed. Overall, our trek was brilliant, while certainly tough at times too. The tour was arranged really well and definitely lived up to my expectations.
We wanted the help of a reputable agency to plan our trip. It was a rather large trip and since we were unfamiliar with the country, needed help coordinating everything. We also were overwhelmed with all of the possible places to go and your company made it easy with their trips. Favorite hotel was Dazzler Polo and least favorite was Aeroparque Inn and Suites. The best excursions were in Ushuaia, followed by Iguaz. I really loved the hiking and paddling trip especially. The team from Antartur were amazing and Ren from Ecoturismo Iguaz was phenomenal. He used all of his connections to get us around which were key because the amount of tourists in Iguaz was substantial. The El Calafate trip could have been improved. We were scheduled to have a day of excursions, a day off, and a half day there before flying back. Because of the Christmas holiday, however, it meant that we couldnt book the excursion we wanted for the free day (Estancia Cristina) but we did a glacier boat ride. And the following day we were in El Calafate until almost 5PM. In the future, it will help for the team to ensure travelers have something to do during the Christmas holiday and to have that booked far in advance (and an earlier flight out wouldve been great). It affected scheduling for Iguaz and we were on a flight every day for three days which wasnt so fun! We hope to be back in Argentina in the future :).
Really enjoyed the cruise expeditions and the Tango/dinner show. The cruise staff was exceptional. Saw awesome sights. Suggestions for improvements:' 1. The Buenos Aires tour was unremarkable. Too short, not given time to go inside most attractions, didn't stop at key places for picture opportunities. 2. The cruise didn't offer evening entertainment. It was too boring with nothing to do after the daily expedition
