Panama City Tours in September 2025

Absolutely fabulous cycling trip. Stunning scenery & superb organisation. Hot, sweaty and at times challenging, but always fun with a great group of people and exceptional group leaders. Pre organised lunches and added extras with the islands, volcanos , spa pools , along with the Panama Canal and restaurants really added to the diversity of the experience.

This is a whirlwind tour of the three countries. A lot is packed into the 2 weeks. The itinerary is fast moving and most days are either cycling or travelling to the next destination. The cycling has some steep hills, so it's best if you are reasonably fit, but you don't necessarily have to be. All in all, a great way to see Central America, the beautiful scenery and the different cultures

Great trip with my 19 year old son,great companions , Roberto was like a mother hen and kept us all safe ( despite my sons best efforts ) . Met up with other son 21 who was in Panama for a month in Bochas del Toro volunteering with Floating Doctors.

A fantastic induction to 3 central American countries.... covering pacific and caribbean coasts, spending most of the time surrounded by fantastic scenery. I think we had a very authentic experience... in terms of the best sites, seeing where indigenous people lived, and plenty of opportunity for wildlife spotting along the way. The cycling was a good challenge but not overly taxing. It was well paced and the days were very well structured to give a great balance of cycling, sight-seeing, meal times and R&R.
