Long bus journey but worth it. Major sights visited in Istanbul city. Gallipolli and Troy well worth visit,very interesting,hard to imagine human cost of war.Trenches still visable. Lots of archaeology at Troy and replica of wooden horse to go in. Good photo opportunities. Ephesus with ancient streets,roman toilets,columns,mosaics and carving of menorah. Amazing amphitheatre at Parmakeele,The Thermal Springs. Lots of people but lots of space. White rocks fab,water not warm,skin felt refreshed after dip. Hotels used were high quality. Breakfasts delicious. Time to visit museum shops and time for coffee break. Guide allowed plenty of toilet stops.

Turkey is incredible, and this trip was made perfect by our tour guide and the people who joined us on the tour. There were so many wonderful experiences - the sightseeing, the food, and the exploring. We have come home inspired to save up for the next tour trip!

This tour was fabulous. All the places we visited were special in their own way. Some long days of driving but completely understandable as we travelled from one end of the country to the other. Our tour guide Torun was incredible not only with his amazing knowledge of all the sites we visited but with the warmth of his welcome to his country, his willingness to answer any questions put to him, the stories he shared with us, the food he recommended and the way he ensured that every person was extremely well looked after. Our driver Jen was a careful and confident driver who ensured we were safe on the roads. All in all a wonderful experience.

Wonderful vibrant city of Istanbul with a blend of European and Asian culture. Very tourist friendly with excellent city transport system. The Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Hippodrome and Grand Bazaar were all easily accessible from the hotel. One must see Dolmabahce Palace. Cappadocia with its chimney spires are worth seeing. The well preserved Kaymakli village was interesting. Ephesus and Pamukkale are not to be missed. Reading a bit of history prior to your visit is helpful. At least three days in Istanbul if not more. The hotels,airport transfers and all the tours were very well organized.

Really interesting tour with a great group of people. Our tour guide Tolga was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would have loved more time in Istanbul so factor this in pre-tour. Highlights were Istanbul, Ephesus and Dalyan at the end of the tour I shall definitely be returning to Turkey.
