"Travelling with my older grandparents with 80 and 75yrs was hardly imaginable before I contacted this tour company. Their attention to detail was evident in the flawless execution of every aspect of the trip. From airport transfers to local guides, everything was meticulously coordinated, ensuring a stress-free travel experience. I never had to worry about accessibility issues or logistical challenges. They curated a variety of wheelchair accessible excursions that allowed my grandparents to immerse in Tanzania's breathtaking landscapes, vibrant culture, and wildlife. From exploring the Serengeti to visiting local Maasai villages, each excursion was tailored to our preferences and accessibility requirements. The local guide “Regan” provided by the agency was not only highly knowledgeable but also sensitive to wildlife and nature. He shared fascinating insights about Tanzania's history, wildlife, and culture, making every excursion educational and engaging. We had memorable experiences. Thanks to Brian, I had the opportunity to witness the stunning beauty of the Ngorongoro Crater, stand in awe of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro, and witness the incredible wildlife in their natural habitats. These experiences will forever be etched in my memory."
"We can’t thank this company enough for their organization of our Honeymoon to Tanzania, the knowledge and expertise of our guide were truly remarkable. Their ability to spot wildlife from a distance and share insightful information about the animals, their behaviors, and the ecosystem added immense value to the experience. The close encounters with elephants, lions, zebras, and countless other species will forever be etched in my memory. Regan the Guide also ensured that all logistical aspects of the trip were taken care of seamlessly. From airport transfers to transportation between destinations, everything was well-organized and hassle-free. This allowed me to fully immerse myself in the beauty of Tanzania without worrying about the logistics. In summary, I cannot recommend this company highly enough for their exceptional organization and outstanding service. Their commitment to delivering an unforgettable adventure, combined with their professionalism and attention to detail, truly sets them apart. If you are considering a Kilimanjaro trek and safari, the Agency should be your top choice. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Thank you for making my Kilimanjaro trek and safari an experience of a lifetime! . "
What an amazing 7 days expedition we had !!!!!! Enjoyed every minute of it. The hike to Mandara hut was outstanding. Guidance of Bakari and Nixon helped us get to the top even though we started hiking a bit late. All along they were patient and kept pouring out all the knowledge they had and encouraged us to ask questions as well as climb “pole pole “( slowly, slowly). On the Safari, Beatus kept us entertained. His eyes in locating the animals as well as his skill of taking pics thru binoculars was amazing. The accommodations for four nights during the safari was GREAT. It was like an Oasis in desert!!!!!! The meals were well thought of. Naick, the big boss is perfect in his own place…… what fun memory we made on the very first day 🙈 we met in person. He was prompt in replying any of the queries we had before we reached Tanzania. He made us comfortable in leaving our extra luggage at his office when we went on safari. Last but not least the pick up and drop off by Juliana was awesome. She made us feel at home by talking all about Shahrukh Khan and playing Bollywood music. Thank you agency for helping us make great memories and put a smile on our faces every time we would look at the pics. ❤️
It took us long hours of research and hundreds of emails exchanged before we have decide for your company so I would love to give you my opinion and recommendation. Hope this will help you out! Firstly, why have we decided to go on Safari with your company. Friendly and prompt communication with Steve, flexibility and willingness to meet our needs and kind of gut feeling ;) Booking process was very easy and at the end we put a trust in Steve and sent 75% of the payment - we were travelling to Zanzibar before and we did not want to carry that much cash. My 2 friends and I, we went for 9 days safari with following itinerary: Tanzania starting in Arusha - Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara with walk, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Empakai Crater, Kenya - Amboseli with walk. We had amazing guides, I could not wish for better company, we had a lot of fun and I learnt so much about animal, Masai culture and life of African people. In Tanzania our guide was Godlove Goodluck and in Kenya - Onesmus. We had also cook named Alifa - cooking is really his passion and food was tasty. Much better than in any African restaurant we had been :D Everything was organized and yeah, sure, things did go sideway, as our car got broken, but what I appreciate is how the things were handled and what Steve did to make sure our trip is untouched (new car was sent, meantime rescue car camet to not lose any game drive etc). And to make it up Steve made us amazing surprise. We were flying out of Nairobi at 6 am so he arranged for us home stay at lovely Kenyan family. We had wonderful last night in Africa with his friends. We could not wish for more. Ah, one more great surprise from Steve! We had budget safari with basic accommodation to keep cost as lower as possible, and is like Steve would know us better, he booked for our last 2 nights amazing lodge with swimming pool and view on Kilimanjaro. After diving and 9 days in the car on bumpy roads this was like a dream! I can honestly recommend Steve and his team for organization of your Safari. Steve - thank you so much for amazing experience and providing us great guides, this made all difference.
Great experience, we saw a lot of animals on a 4 day safari. Staff is really great, helpful and prices very affordable! Would recommend to everyone! Thanks a lot for the great experience!
Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect as safari tours seem expensive, and I kept wondering if it would really be worth the cost. But it absolutely was. From the first day I knew I’d made the right choice. Every game drive felt like a new adventure. One morning we watched a group of baby elephants playing in the dust while their mothers stood nearby. Later, we spotted a hippo yawning near a watering hole. So close we could see its giant teeth! And the sunsets? Incredible. Our guide was excellent. He was friendly & funny. The group dynamic was easy and fun. We had a mix of people: a couple celebrating their anniversary, a solo traveler from NY, and me with a close friend. It never felt awkward or too crowded. You don’t need to be super fit for this tour. Everything is done at a relaxed pace and was very accessible, even for folks who aren’t used to rugged travel. If Tanzania is on your list, my advice is that you don’t overthink it. Just go. It’s 100% worth it.
