New York City sightseeing Trips

The most memorable was to learn of the 3 year fight for resolution for residents to be able to leave the toxic Love Canal development and the role that the women played in it's outcome. It was for me, the "back story" to an event that I just knew by "headlines" at that time. To actually drive around that fenced-in site and the mostly vacant surrounding land was sobering! I did not take photos, I just looked and absorbed the immensity of what those brave souls must have gone through. The visit also gave context to it's location: Buffalo, Niagara Falls, hydroelectricity, dumping toxic wastes, extreme weather events - "connecting the dots?" An important reason why I travel is to learn!! Thank you!!!

The tour was jam packed with lots of activities. Our hotel was centrally located so we could walk to breakfast and the plays. My favorite part was going to the two Broadway plays. I had been to the iconic sites previously and enjoyed seeing the updates. Eileen was knowledgeable, efficient, and very helpful to my group. Thank you for an amazing adventure.

The 9/11 Memorial & Museum was very impressive and moving. Our tour guide had his own memories to add. The woman who took us to Greenwich Village was also very knowledgeable. Our Hotel was in a great location in Time Square. Loved seeing the Statue of Liberty along with John Lennon's mosaic memorial in Central Park. Loved walking in Central Park. Enjoyed the 2 Plays we saw.

I had never seen a Broadway show and I really enjoyed it. I got to see two of them. Also two of the provided breakfasts we’re at local cafés. They were very delicious and fun to eat at places right there in New York near the hotel.

Amazing trip. We had the best trip manager she was so knowledgeable and made the experience the absolute best! I’d say more dinners would of been better then breakfasts as most people didn’t wake up for them. The added activities were great so fun.. the hotels at 2 of the locations were average could of been better but overall good.

I really enjoyed the Spotlight on New York City Tour! Most meals were included, tour and activities were well thought out, and the shows were amazing! The Ground Zero Memorial was especially impactful.
