Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Preserve Tours in January 2026

We had a great time! It was the perfect introductory trip. Our agent Yuliana was very responsive and flexible. All the guides were great and very knowledgeable. Drivers were always prompt and courteous. Costa Rica is a beautiful country and the people are extremely friendly and helpful. The wildlife was incredible, the rainforest and beaches are beautiful.

I had a lovely time, I enjoyed being able to pick and chose the trips I wanted to do and appreciated the ethical stance G adventures takes on the places it visits. Gracie really made the trip special though, I would travel with her any day!

Alejandro was the best guide anyone could ask for! His superior knowledge of the animals and the plants, the geology of the area, the climate and weather patterns and the general culture of Costa Rica helped us learn so much, while having a fun time. We got along so great with him and even miss him! Every hotel chosen for us was beyond beautiful and exceeded our expectations. I had excellent experience with G adventures and national geographic. It was an expertly or trip with high-quality activities accommodation. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone that is looking for this type of holiday in Costa Rica.

Brilliant fantastic awesome fabulous. However I was surprised at how very expensive it had become. Maybe it was Christmas . But it was a tad expensive . But please I know Cesar made it for all of us . He was always there for us . The best guide ever and I seriously mean that.Generous of spirit , humour to speak our language perfectly but to make jokes . Amazing man. He shared his extensive knowledge of animals,plants,fauna & the history of Costa Rica. I cannot give enough praise to Cesar. Amazing place. Pura Vida.?????
