The tour director was wonderful. She made sure all were comfortable on the tour. Her insights to many of the places we visited was fantastic. She even added a stop at the American Cemetery in Tuscany. This was a major highlight for many. How thoughtful. Loved staying in one hotel and touring each day. The hotel was comfortable but wish there was more variety in the breakfasts.

Loved Florence and all the little towns we visited the tour guide was great. The food was great although I think they should’ve made more meals that were included. Everything was wonderful about this trip. Really had a great time.

I enjoyed all the tours. Our tours to the country side were the most beautiful and my favorite. Keep those tours for sure and maybe add one more and drop a city tour. I can only look at so many cathedrals. Our home base at Montecatini Terme was wonderful. We really enjoyed our trip to the winery and the the cooking class.

It was all excellent. Our leader was extremely professional. All the visits were excellent. Honestly, I enjoyed interacting with the other tourists and our manager as much as anything else. Our manager / leader was Ben. We can only periodically afford a trip such as this. But in a year or so I’d be glad to hear if Ben is leading any other tours. This is all new to me. My wife planned all of this.

My favorite memory will always be: being and seeing that part of Italy ... the not so good memory will be LOTS of tourists and the temperatures close to 100 degrees and climbing up those not very level hills (coming from Florida mountains) to get to the villages .... My Manager was great and caring and I met some very nice co-travelers ... Thank you. :)
