Fantastic tour guide Mercedes - very friendly, helpful and caring with a wealth of knowledge and passion for her country. No early morning starts. Usually headed off around 9am after breakfast. Not too fast a pace. Accommodation was good with the exception of Madrid. Great location but basic rooms and no where to meet for a drink. Commencement of tour and welcome was in the breakfast room.

The itinerary was great, lots to see, many cathedrals and beautiful places. The itinerary would have been perfect if it went to Porto. Most days are full and maybe some later starts could help with the sightseeing fatigue. Otherwise I would do it again and would recommend to others. I had a great trip! I must say and were a fantastic team and went beyond the call of their work to ensure everyone was well catered for, fully informed and felt cared for.

Good value for the price. We saw some amazing places we would have not gone to by ourselves. Our tour leader Mercedes was amazing, and she made our trip so special. Her knowledge of the history of the places where we went was first class. She made sure we were all comfortable in our surroundings all the time and made our tour a fun time. Our favourite stop was in Estremoz as we stayed in the castle. All 14 of the group walked around in awe at the beauty of it. A lovely end to our tour. The itinerary was heavy in the most efficient and productive way, so I felt no days were wasted on my holiday. was a great manager, so full of knowledge, with an incredible energy, and legitimately passionate about giving us the best experience we could have (he also knew exactly when to be a friend, a guide, and even a dad to me and others). is such a great driver, both smooth and efficient so we could stay on schedule while allowing for a ride where we could nap or enjoy the views, him and have great chemistry.
