Madrid Tours in December 2026

I travelled Great Iberian Route 2 weeks back and had a great time. Both local tour guides and our guide George were great. Particularly George did a great job and was always helpful. The Itinerary was good though only Barcelona and Valencia was bit rushed. On an overall great trip:

We took an 16-day tour with this firm, and everything exceeded our expectations. The sights we saw were breathtaking, and our tour guides were outstanding. We went on an English/Spanish tour, and the majority of our group was from South America and spoke Spanish. The extra package that includes lunch and select entertainment is highly recommended. Thank you very much for this opportunity!

Tour guides were great: Juliana, Pedro R. and Javier. Knowledgeable, friendly and dependable. The hotels were very good hotels, attractive, clean and comfortable. All except for one had very good breakfast buffets. Buses were clean and comfortable and the bus drivers were excellent. The itineraries were very varied and seemed to hit the highlights of the places we went though I personally would be happy with seeing less churches.

I booked this tour with my wife and the Tour leader was Portfiro. He was awesome and had a great chemistry with the Driver (Tino) who was equally awesome throughout this trip. I learnt so much about the history of both Portugal and Spain. Portfiro also made this trip enjoyable by adequately managing logistics. In terms of the tour itself, I think the places selected were the best places from Spain & Portugal. I could see lots of passion from the local tour guides who were explaining us about the history of each places. After this tour, I can now say that I properly visited Spain and Portugal.

It was our first time to do a tour and we were so glad we took Europamundo. The trip details, the attentiveness, tour guides and the information provided were very good. We had enough time as well do our own walking and discovering of places. We would be recommending for others. Overall trip was very satisfactory but there are too many different groups in and out during the tour that sometimes became a bit confusing and due to different hotels stay among the group, the tour journey became longer due to having to drop different groups each time. Despite this, the tour was interesting and enjoyable
