Reviews of our Lecce Tours for November

We had a wonderful time experiencing Italy on wheels. The e-bikes made it a level field for every biker. The instructions were clear and tell you when you’re off track. I would do another trip with them for sure!
I loved the itinerary! Saw so much in a week and at the same time did not feel rushed. I felt there was enough time to explore the highlights of the region. I enjoyed exploring Matera and Polignano a Mare. The lunch on day 5 was delicious - one of the best meals I have had in Italy. The coastal walk was lovely as well in Otranto. The places we stayed were so unique. I loved the Trulli house in Alberobello. I also loved the group and sharing the experience with like-minded people.
Our Puglia walk was a great experience. The walking was hot and challenging, although not usually steep. All the accommodation was excellent and the towns along the route very scenic.
Our ride through Puglia was amazing!! Every day was a little different and we were very happy with the quiet country lanes and roads, sometimes only seeing a handful of cars using. We had ebikes and we found them to be very robust and adequate. They were very well organized and we found them excellent to deal with.
This was my self-guided trip, and I must say I like the concept. The trip itself was very good, with excellent accommodation in central locations, and the transport arrangements worked well. The trip notes and online maps were comprehensive, and it worked well for one person to be looking at the trip notes and somebody else looking at the map. One improvement that could be made is that the trip notes could be streamlined by combining them all into a single chronological order set of instructions for the trip, rather than having to constantly cross reference to other documents for specific details. Surely this would be possible without too much extra work on behalf of the company. And Puglia itself was fantastic. Thanks!
The region was rewarding and not very touristy. Towns were full of atmosphere. Some enjoyable walks. Hotels were close to centres. Not too much coach travel and enough free time. Warm and friendly guide. But quite a bit of walking so Might be difficult for those even with some mobility problems and not all accommodation great. Free day a bit problematic as limited public transport and a day in arivabello not all that interesting. But guide helped and we went to two nice towns so not insuperable. Local food and wine was good. Recommended but be prepared to walk
