Las Vegas, ‘the entertainment capital of the world’ is often overshadowed by its other name, ‘the gambling capital of the world’ and first timers expect a trip to Las Vegas to be one giant casino. Although there is fun to be had at the fruit machines and blackjack tables of Caesar’s Palace or the three-storied bar at the Cosmopolitan casino, there’s also a myriad of other exciting activities to visit in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas Tour Reviews

Guest reviews from travelers on tours in and around Las Vegas

I took this tour in October, and thoroughly enjoyed it. All of the parks were beautiful in their own way and our accommodations were always ready for us, clean, and comfortable. Our tour guide did a great job of keeping us on time, providing informative commentary about each area we visited, and keeping us informed about our schedule and what we should expect. Our bus driver did a wonderful job of navigating all the hair pin turns on the trip and was professional and friendly. I have already recommended it to friends who have asked about it.

An amazing trip, every day brought a new ‘wow’ moment, with the different landscape and scale of each national park. We loved the hikes, and that there were options for all levels too. Walking down into the Grand Canyon was amazing, seeing the hoodoos at Bryce, the rock formation of antelope canyon, exploring Zion and Yosemite, Monument Valley, Arches, Forest Gump Hill and then the sensory overload of Vegas! A full on trip, but absolutely worth it.

Tour manager was very knowledgeable of the areas we visited. Zion National Park was so much fun, the guided tour as well as our free time in Zion was perfect.

From start to finish the trip was everything I could have wanted. The train segment was beautiful and we enjoyed lots of yummy food while watching the amazing scenery . The National parks were all so unique and each one incredible to see and explore. The tour manager provided lots of geological knowledge of how each park was formed. He was professional but friendly. Our bus driver was also very good. My favorite parks were Arches and Bryce for the hikes among the hoodoos

Indescribably beautiful! Every day was memorable, but Zion is exceptional. Plus we had the best tour guide ever - Brice Hill! The coach driver, Jerry, was also terrific . Highly recommend this tour.

The evening at the Family winery was great and viewing the incredible scenery, meeting new friends. Bryce and Jerry were outstanding as tour manager and driver. Would definitely take another tour if they were the team!

Travel Tips

  • Skip a taxi from the airport and arrange an airport shuttle instead to save some cash for the casinos.
  • Many choose to holiday in Las Vegas for the weekend, but mid-week is less crowded and often cheaper.
  • For cheaper accommodation, avoiding staying on The Strip.
  • Walking in the desert heat can take it out of you. Use the monorail and the trams to save yourself a bout of heatstroke.
