The entire tour ran smoothly. The guide was realy informed and helpful. I was bitten by a dog and he reacted quickly got me to hospital to receive the required treatment.

The tour was very varied and interesting. Some beautiful scenery, interesting sites and museums. Our guide Geri was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. He was very popular with the group and obviously well respected and liked by the other Albanian guides. We really enjoyed the tour and would unhesitatingly recommend it.

Excellent tour , good itinerary. I would say it’s not full on but moderately relaxed in respect of no early morning starts and always at our hotels by late afternoon, so plenty of time to relax before dinner. Dennis our tour leader was excellent, his knowledge of the country was unbelievable and always interesting.

A wonderful full on tour visiting a vast array of varied cities, countryside, coastal locations and historical sites. Our guide Amir was excellent. He was very personable and knowledgeable, we learnt so much about the people, culture and history of this fascinating country. Also our driver, Gani, deserves a mention for his incredible driving along the winding hilltop roads, allowing us to relax and enjoy the amazing scenery. Thank you to you both

An excellent overview trip of Albania made especially good due to the knowledge and experience of our guide, Erion Puca. His knowledge along with the friendliness of locals and the friendly group of experienced travelers we had made for a wonderful and informative trip. The beauty of the Albanian landscape is exceptional and our guide ensured we understood the history and current realities. For me, the trip had special meaning as I have Albanian-Arbëreschë roots going back to the 1400s. The guide, locals and my fellow travelers on the tour were all very helpful and supportive in my quest to understand more about the connection.

The holiday is a mixture of walking and cultural sightseeing rather than a purely walking holiday. Albania is a wonderful country, with incredible mountains and superb History. Its tourist industry is only just beginning, meaning that some features (e.g. hotels) were less well developed than in other countries, but there was nothing which caused problems compared with the huge advantage of having people who were proud of their country and who were so keen to make tourists feel welcome.
