I have just completed the 12 day Thailand Intro trip. Jabs was my group leader and he was excellent throughout the entire trip. He made me feel at ease as soon as I arrived into Bangkok and throughout the trip he was friendly, knowledgeable and made time for everyone in the group! Jabs’ positivity really rubbed off on the group and everyone felt really safe and reassured in his presence. Jabs’ positivity added to my experience and he is no doubt a fantastic asset to Intro. Looking forward to booking on to my next intro trip but my Thialand experience will be an extremely hard one to beat!

I would 10000% recommend booking with intro travel if you’re looking for a big adventure without the stress of planning yourself! I had the best time ever and made so many new friends within days, from all over the world and already have reunions planned! I was so lucky to have Zoe as the most amazing group leader along with Danny aswell! They were so hilarious and so much fun and everything was planned and run so seamlessly - so much hard work goes into being present in the trip and always planning/booking the next part at the same time! Zoe was so understanding and supportive and I felt I could always go to her about anything - as well as making sure every group member was having a good time and felt included and comfortable at all times! Thailand is somewhere I never would’ve been confident enough to book and travel on my own so this tour was the perfect way to see it! This trip was truly the best thing that could’ve happened to me at this point in my life! Entirely thanks to Zoe, Danny, intro and all the wonderful people on my tour I will defo be booking another trip with Intro in the future!

Oh my goodness, where do I start!?! I have dreamed of travelling since my days in university back in 1997! My dream finally came true at the ripe old age of 48!! Its never too late! Thanks to INTRO Travel it was even better than I could have dreamed of! They were so helpful and engaged straight away and were quick to respond to any concerns or queries. The app is brilliant and easy to use with loads of info too. On the trip the sevice of the company is even better! We had the most amazing group leader in Zoe Belcher. She an absolute gem, great energy and loads of knowledge. Zoe has definitely played a big big part in making our adventure unbelievably memorable. I;d like to just add on our trip we we;re lucky enough to meet a few Leaders and they were all fantastic and all went out of their way to make our tour safe and enjoyable. I think the standards for all tour leaders, from what I can see, are very high, so no matter who you get you will have fun and be looked after well. Little things like helping us get to grips with the ATM, to walking us home when we were ready yo leave the party early made us feel so safe. The company and the Leaders go above and beyond to keep you safe while still giving the most fantastic experiences. I will definitely be joining INTRO for my next adventure in 2026, One adventure just isn;t going to be enough now . I'm also planning on taking my God Daughter on her first trip when she old enough! Did a 12 day one round the south of Thailand with Jabs (group leader). Good fun and Jabs made it very smooth sailing. Very charismatic and approachable bloke, would recommend this to others.

Did the 12 day trip in Thailand had a great time! Our group leader jabs was great! made us feel very welcome straight away, very knowledgeable and always happy Can’t wait to book another trip!
