I was lucky enough to have Ming as my tour guide in Thailand, and honestly, she made the whole trip unforgettable. From start to finish, she went above and beyond — always so friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made sure everyone in the group was happy and comfortable. What really stood out was how much she truly loves what she does — her energy and positivity were infectious, and she shared so much knowledge about Thai culture and local life in such a fun and personal way. By the end of the tour, it felt like saying goodbye to a good friend rather than a guide. I’ll never forget this trip, and a huge part of that is thanks to Ming. She’s one of a kind, and anyone lucky enough to have her as their guide is in for something really special.

An absolutely unforgettable experience, met friends for life and visited some mind blowing spots. Arthur was an exceptional tour guide throughout, after being called in on late notice you could not tell. He brought the energy and jokes the entire trip, never failing to put a smile on people’s faces. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Thailand, especially if travelling solo 10/10.

The southern tour of Thailand has been truly amazing from exploring the different beaches to going on boat trips viewing different snorkelling spots. It has been an unforgettable experience! Arthur has been a great tour guide who’s made the trip a once in a lifetime experience. He’s funny, caring and full of knowledge about Thailand to share with everyone. Throughout my time doing the tour, Arthur made me feel comfortable and relaxed to be myself and make friends for life!

Das Programm ist abwechslungsreich und lohnenswert, so dass man einen tollen Einblick in das Land und die Kultur bekommt. Auch abends bestand immer das Angebot gemeinsam mit der Gruppe wegzugehen (nicht immer im Preis eingeschlossen). Toll war auch unsere Group Leaderin, Tam: sympathisch, motivierend und unterst¼tzend.

Just returned from an incredible 18 day intro Thailand experience with Intro Travel. Our tour leader Tam was amazing, nothing was too much to ask and she went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible time. We were in the jungle during the lantern festival and Tam organised our own little lantern experience. Tam made sure that the group was well integrated and that we all had an amazing experience. Any future group would be lucky to have her as their leader.

I have just returned to Scotland from an unforgettable trip to Thailand through Intro, and I can;t recommend this experience enough! Tam is a true credit to the company “ knowledgeable, passionate about what she does, and so attentive to every detail. She shared insights into the local culture and traditions with her little chats before every activity and the prediction about how long it would take to get to the location. Even when we had a local guide there too, you were made to feel at ease and understand when the language barrier is hard to understand. This made each stop even more meaningful. Whether we were navigating the vibrant streets of Bangkok, exploring the serene beauty of Chiang Mai, or soaking up the sun on the island beaches, Tam was always there with a smile, ready to offer any help if we needed and make sure we were having the best time possible. For example - making sure if there wasnt something on the intro itinerary she would ask if we wanted to do it in free time and help us make it happen! Scuba diving in the Phi Phi islands!!! Tam warmth and dedication truly elevated the trip. She went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt comfortable and had a personalised experience from different cultures. (20 people, 6 countries) I couldnt have asked for a better leader to guide us through this amazing country.
