Kilimanjaro Tours in November 2026

I want to say a few words and pass my appreciation to the whole team for the just concluded Kilimanjaro trekking tour. I travelled in a party of five friends and all of us agree that the Kilimanjaro trek is unlike any other expedition we have ever embarked on. We had good guides, Mushi, Kimario and Musa. These guys are the reason we made it to their summit. They set a pace that seemed slow but very important to conserve energy for the later stages of the trip and summit attempt. Food was phenomenal, tents waterproof and comfortable, relations with the climbing team very good, attention to our health and well-being was first class and making the trek enjoyable. Important note: Do not go on the trek without the portable toilet. The public drop toilets are dirty!! We all made it to the summit and are now safely back home. Thank you all for your support!

This local travel specialist organized the perfect Kilimanjaro Adventure in Tanzania. The four of us had fun and enjoyed the hiking experience because Rongai is a beautiful route and the team of guides and porters was amazing. We were treated well by the crew, taking care of our needs (food, health and safety) and also encouraged us not to give up but push for the summit. We summitted successfully and owe it all to the excellent support from the agency.

I NEVER in a million years thought I would be able to make it to the Peak. This was our FIRST hiking trip of any kind and we thought we'd "give it a try".... the tour company team were FANTASTIC ! Rama and his team checked in with us the day before to run us past a day by day itinerary, ensure we had all the necessary equipment (we didn't), and obtained what was missing. Throughout our hike and especially making up the Peak, he kept checking our physical conditions and mental motivation. On the ascent day, he made sure we kept busy and distracted to forget how incredibly hard it was climbing that last leg of the route... and it worked! We reached UHURU Peak and the feeling is incredible !! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!

We were able to contact from the email to the personal WhatsApp-communication with Naick Shawn and I spent about 2 weeks in Tanzania, with arrangements made this local tour company who supplied our guide Bacari and Tammy Throughout the Mountain and Chris during our safari and everything was taken care off porters/cook. Our trip was spent climbing Kilimanjaro 8-Days via Machame Route while we got the chance to Spend a night at Crater Camp during descent and spent 5-Days visiting various animal parks and that include Lake Manyara, Siringet, Tarangire and Ngoro Ngoro but we also we had one day to tour around Moshi town before we departure. Were so happy we had a great experience. During our safari we saw more animals and beautiful scenery than we ever thought we would, everything was just thrilling. And during the climb, well ...It was challenging but worthy the experience besides I asked Bacari and he said All ages and all types climb and summit, so don't let that detour you from trying. Approach with common sense and respect the mountain [Fact] Lol Our tour organizers were attentive, friendly and extremely kind ever since we arrived everything was great and from the experience we had with it feels like its their priority to continue providing top-notch service to customers like you always which is I highly recommend you and you and you Besides they offer the best prices and the highest quality Briefly, everything was really great! It was truly an amazing wondrous experience.! In the end, climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro was one of the best experiences in my life.

I was able to email and book the complete itinerary from Ireland with excellent communication from Naick. Having never been to Tanzania before I didn't quite know which is which Upon arrival at the airport we were greeted by the generous man by the name of Nickson. He honestly couldn't be more welcoming and friendly. He leaded us to the transport. His English was very easy to understand, His driving skills were excellent and we had a great time with him in the car not only upon the arrival but also the departure day Since this was our first to in Tanzania-Kilimanjaro, I cannot write this review without mentioning the Best guide of all time Bakari and Bryson Not only are they great at their jobs but they are super friendly and insanely polite. Plus, we didn't have one complaint about the food. The food was amazing and for that I would especially point out Kulwa [chef]. In short the whole crew was more than helpful yet made sure we were always ok with everything and anything we needed and they were nice and attentive to us the whole time and few of the crew actually became friends during our course of Kilimanjaro Along with Ramadhan, He was like the master of all song I can say! He kept the party alive for us during the time we were at the mountain!! It was fun singing and dancing with the crew I promise he could win Kilimanjaro Idol, Im not saying climbing Kilimanjaro Mountain was easy. Cause honestly it was difficult at some point and challenging but Im saying with the right choice of the operator that got great crew makes the whole experience worthy and somehow easy After the summit we had five days left with to Tanzania and due to the top notch service we had at the mountain we decided to also go on a 3- days safari to Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro and a day trip a chemka hot spring after. Nothing went wrong the whole experience was Incredible Our only real complaint the entire time was that had to leave get back home to get back to our jobs. LOL! will be ungrateful if I didnt give the special thanks to our guide, porters and cooker without you this couldnt be done. Thank you very much our friends. It was a trip of a lifetime and We were definitely not disappointed.

The staff at Zara are wonderful, very friendly and welcoming. The guides that Zara use are professional and speak excellent English. They choose their "team", as I found it interesting to learn that the porters are independent and just contracted work. It's up to the guides to chose who they can rely on. The porters work so hard and are the salt of the earth. I was so impressed. I have met many very happy people who have climbed multiple times and always use Zara. You become part of the famly here. You're never forgotten and you are well looked after. I highly recommend Zara Tours. They get an A++
