It was my first time with explore, i would thoroughly recommend this company they really look after you and all the time from the airport when we arrive to the time we leave for home .the guide we had was Verru he was very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much for him .i always felt safe while i was there , he's also very thoughtful and looked after everyone .the staff in our hotels were also friendly .the only thing i would say was that when we went to see where they did the rugs , the staff there were too pushy in trying to sell the carpets .but didn't put me off going on the tours again .

Excellent trip, would recommend to others. The trip gave a good insight into northern India and the highlights. Our local tour guide (Veeru) was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. A couple of the hotels were requiring a bit of an upgrade (This wasn't entirely unexpected given the ratings of the hotels and them being India) - when we raised some minor concerns the hotel staff were apologetic and very happy for us to change rooms. Nothing was too much trouble for the hotel staff, tour leader or locals.

This was my first trip with Explore and my first time visiting India, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The itinerary was packed full of incredible sights, and it truly lived up to its "full-on" description. We had some early starts and spent most of the day with our tour leader and group, which was exactly what I was looking for. The Golden Triangle trip is the perfect way to get a feel for India. Starting in Old Delhi really throws you into the heart of it all. Coming from the UK, it felt chaotic yet wonderfully vibrant. We covered a lot of ground, and while the last day involved a long drive back, we stopped at a fascinating transport museum, which made for a great break in the journey. The hospitality in India was fantastic, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The bus was comfortable and, most importantly, air-conditioned, which was a blessing in the heat. A special mention must go to our tour leader, Virendra Pal Singh (Veeru), who was exceptional in every way. He handled the group with care, provided insightful information, and allowed us time to explore and take photos at our own pace. Nothing was too much trouble for him, whether it was arranging an extra stop or helping us capture the perfect photo. Having him join us for meals also added a personal touch to the experience. Overall, the trip exceeded all my expectations. I would absolutely travel to India again and will definitely be booking future adventures with Explore!

India has been on my list for such a long time, I didn’t know what to expect & it’s fair to say I was nervous… The country & people that are so welcoming, nothing is too much trouble! There’s an abundance of warmth, love, respect, spiritualness & incredible food. Everything is chaotic & crazy, but it just seems to flow & work! Our visit to old Delhi was a real highlight, words can’t describe it and the visit to the transport museum on the way back to Delhi was a nice fun way to break up the journey. Our tour leader Veru was absolutely incredible, so caring, knowledgeable & everything ran smoothly. The itinerary is full on but not exhausting, we managed to pack in all the highlights & had a little free time too to enjoy a swim or venture out. Would recommend this tour to anyone interested in seeing what India has to offer

I've just spent an unforgettable 9 days in India! This was my first time in the country and I found this tour ideal to get a taste for it, covering some of its biggest landmarks and sights, and see if I'd go back in the future - I 100% will! The tour is full-on which means early starts and full days but that's exactly what I was after. Our Tour Leader Virendra Pal Singh (Veeru) did an excellent job showing us his country and teaching us about customs, history, language, food and much more. The driver (Deepak) and Assistant driver (Sonu) were brilliant as well and made the time we spent on busy Indian roads seem like a lovely Sunday drive. Some of the group did buy bottled water but there was a water dispenser on the bus with filtered water and I had a water-to-go bottle which was the only thing I used during the tour and that worked great. India absolutely blew my mind and I can't wait to go back as soon as possible!

Highly professional and recommended

We have just returned from a trip to New Delhi, Agra and Jaipur to attend a wedding. We organised a bespoke private tour through this tour company before and after the wedding who were fantastic throughout the whole process from planning, our arrival and to getting us on the plane to leave. The team organised private drivers and guides for visits to key historical sights and events in all three locations. The drivers and guides were always very polite, on time and only had one aim to make our experiences in India the best possible. Communication before and during the visit was fantastic and the hotel recommendations did not disappoint. Our last tour was a personal dinner at the Red Fort Centre and a viewing of the night show at the fort. The team along with our itinerary provided handy tips on India for those first time visitors and encouraged us to raise any concerns with them, which was not needed. Highly professional and recommended.
