Helsinki 15-Day Tours and Trips

Our itinerary for Turku, Naanthali in Finding got cancelled last day. There is a gap in communication from Europomundo to Makemytrip causing this problem. We want to see the country-side of Finding but unfortunately that didnt happen. Although we were compensated, we arent clear if the compensation balances this experience and whether it is correct. Separately, my sincere appreciation for Pedro Biju, who have coordinated things from day1 and being a close partner in not just answering queries but also solving any issues that we had. Awesome to cover so many places in matter of 13 odd days, Germany, and then passing through Denmark, then Norway and ending the travel in Finland was awesome. Ferry rides, hotels and bus were comfortable and were thoroughly researched as well meticulously planned. I would shortly be planning for my next adventure and can confidently reach out to Europomundo for future travel needs. Thank you so much for such a truly and awesome travel experience. The local tour guides in each of the towns provided the most information detailed about the history and was very interesting. The Europomundo tour guide, Veronica, was very helpful, pleasant and accommodating to the everyday travel assistance and truly cared about everybody having a good trip.

Great trip! Our first sighting of a polar bear was amazing. Watching the icebreaker ship going through the dense pack ice was awesome. Standing and spending several hours on the North Pole was a wonderful experience made more special as we reached the North Pole on the day of the summer solstice. We stayed overnight at the Pole on the icebreaker and spent several hours the following day on the north pole. Once in a life time experience!

Everything was perfect -food, expedition leader, guides, hotel staff. Perfect weather too. 8 polar bears and 8 blue whales too and all these rest. The trip was excellent through and through.

Such a privilege, travelling on a nuclear-powered Russian icebreaker which spends most of the year keeping the northern Russian seaways clear for cargo ships: a brilliant job was due to convert it temporarily for tourists. The dour Heroes of the Motherland were retained to crew the vessel which made it all the more atmospheric, but they couldnt compete for character with the polar bears, especially the one who was so co-operative for photos despite us having distracted him from his kill.The only downside was that we werent warned how hot the boat is: future travellers need to take some light clothing for indoors.

What a GREAT trip. The ship is a destination all on its own. 50 Years of Victory cutting through the ice is amazing to watch. As always, guest lecturers and expedition staff of out tour company were excellent. We also saw 14 lovely polar bears and several groups of walrus. Stunning trip.
