Our time on the Royal Viking boat was amazing, we had the same guide for 4 days. Emad was not only was he a wealth of knowledge concerning Ancient and modern Egypt, but he looked after us like family. From the moment we were picked up at the airport until we were returned 23 days later this trip was a dream. Ahmed planned and was our guide in Cairo and Alexandria. He also arranged for another guide for our Nile, Aswan and Luxor tour and we had Ahmed when we returned to Cairo. Everyplace we stayed was wonderful the advantage with private is Ahmed took us to places to eat and be with the locals!! His knowledge is endless and attention to detail is phenomenal. He was so in tuned to us when he saw us getting a little tired he rearranged a couple of things to give us a day off. Safety was never a thought, I am making plans to return. To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised everything works like clockwork, from the time we contacted this tour operator there was dedicated person reply and answer all our many questions she was very patient person, once we arrived in Cairo there was Tarek holding a sign by our name and waiting for us he assisted us to get our visa then made all our check in at the hotel next day we started our tour in Cairo with our guide Randa I cant speak enough about Randa and her knowledge and personality she was our guide in Cairo for 3 days tour after that we travelled to Luxor to embark on our Nile Cruise the highlight of our tour the boat was very elegant with great staff and service also we met another great guide Muhmmed ( Mu) he was with us all the entire trip on the cruise he was very kind person and very informative and helpful. My husband and I had planned for several years to do a comprehensive private tour to Egypt Working with this company was easy and they were very flexible. On every step from arrival to departure all the entire trip. We arrived in Cairo from our flight in very late evening, and were met by our tour leader Tarek , who moved us promptly through customs and got our visa's. All a part of the prepaid trip. Then we were taken to the Ramses Hilton Hotel. Importantly, our guides and drivers always on time, Sometimes they had to wait for us to do something or study another thing carefully and they were always happy to wait for us to be ready to move on. In Cairo, we visited the great Pyramids, Sakkara and Coptic Old quarter as well as all the regular other sites. Our Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan was fantastic Steinberger Minerva the boat was very modern, food was testy and staff was the best. we recommend treasures of Egypt because it will allow you discover many temples and tombs and Abu simble so it is the best for you specially if this is the first time in Egypt. So my advice is if you want make the best of your time in a country like Egypt so you should go with a tour company and I recommend this one they will work with you and will not drop the ball. They will get you safely around and help you stay well and give you great information wherever you are on your visit. So on our custom trip, the price was great, with good value for the money. We had 2 guides, one in Cairo and other one on the cruise, and several drivers all made us feel safe and comfortable. We booked this tour to see all the things that we had only read about in history books. And it didn't disappoint. The tour starts with someone meeting you at the Cairo airport to help through customs This makes it so easy. You get handed off a few times and end up at the hotel. The e is security everywhere. I never felt unsafe during the entire tour. There are several adds on tours you can do before or after the official tour. We did the Hot air balloon and the Nubian village it is very recommend to do. You are going to be spending a lot of time traveling on a bus on rough roads so be ready for that. Some of the days start early so you can get there before the crowds. This ended up being totally worth it nothing like having a whole temple to yourself. Be ready for very pushy sales folks everywhere. Also have lots of small bills available for tipping and bathroom breaks, there's normally a fee for any bathroom use. The guide knows a lot. Our guide was Mustafa He answered all our questions and provided tons of information and kept everything going smoothly. He was more than willing to accommodate requests. Also my best part was the Nile cruise it was 4 nights from luxor to Aswan the tour operator accommodated us on Mayfair Cruise the boat was incredible and the staff was very helpful , food was very testy we enjoyed our time in Egypt thanks to the tour company and our guide we are happy to recommend you.

This was an experience of a lifetime. You should know this an adventure, not a vacation, so if you want to just relax about, this is not for you. However, if you want to see the major sights of Egypt, this is it! It is active adventure with scheduled and optional tours that enhance your Egyptian experience and should not be missed. I loved every minute of this immersion into Egypt. Over all the service provided by this tour operator was beyond my expectation, made me very comfortable with the arrival and departure from Egypt, escorted and guided all the way through with first class accommodations, transfers and guided tours, the whole trip was well organized, safe and enjoyable.
