Great trip and itinerary. Beautiful scenery along the way. Cycling was challenging, not for inexperienced cyclists. Participants should be competent in hill climbing, variety of terrain, and have a road sense in traffic. Guide Alejandro and support driver Pedro were competent and very congenial. I thoroughly enjoyed the trip .

Thoroughly enjoyed our excursion. Though there were just a few that opted for e-bikes, I am glad that we chose to do so. The coast is quite windy, and though the tour is marked as “moderate”, the 20% of off road terrain would make it a bit more challenging, albeit fully enjoyable. Djan, our competent, steady and calm guide, and Pedro, who prepared our picnic lunches, were a stellar team to guide us on our way. Highly recommend this tour.

Superb trip, just slightly disappointing that no transfer was arranged when I arrived in Faro and the ground team seemed unable to deal with the issue. Unfortunately I had to ring the emergency duty manager (apologies for this) who was excellent and dealt with the situation promptly and gave me options/solution to the situation.

This was an awesome experience- loved Dejan and Pedro they made us feel so comfortable and always helpful with any questions. Gorgeous route , felt safe and liked the diversity. Would like a little more time to relax at pool. A few more accommodations with pool would be great. The bikes would be great if they had navigation map with GPS on all of them, and that way people can progress in the route on their own instead of stopping to wait for the group several times as everyone has different abilities. Still a great experience mind you. Two thumbs up 👍 👍

Fantastic landscapes to see, very knowledgeable leader and efficient support staff. Communications with Explore was difficult to do. It was difficult moving hotels every day. It would be helpful if each bicycle had a Wahoo or GPS with the route of the day on it. This way everyone could go at their own pace and there wouldn't be so much waiting around for everyone to arrive.
