Everest Region Tours in May 2027

This is my sixth trek in the Himalayas. I can say this is my hardest trek but also my most amazing .I got amazing views of mountains, especially in the Khumjung area almost everyday. Although difficult, I was able to complete it because of my guide Pemba Sherpa. Many thanks to this local travel specialist and Pemba for all the kindness and help during this trek.

This section of the GHT took us through beautiful, remote, and uncrowded Nepal and included five cols (passes) over 5500m including one over at 6200 m. A unique opportunity to experience glaciers, test ones mountaineering skills and see the 8000s from new perspectives. If you are looking for a serious adventure that will test your fitness and climbing skills this is for you. The highest col is higher than Island Peak!

In the beginning from the international airport to the hotel and fly to Lukla. All the way to trekking in the Everest region- Everest Base Camp Trek- fantastic weather. It was a great moment in the mountains.

Nepal Himalayas had always been in the list of my must visit places. I did a helicopter trip forEverest base camp. The local operator organised every thing so well that overall journey is now most memorable part of my life. I am so thankful to Mr. Ram, who is now a close friend of mine, for being my guide and showing me to beautiful places. Based on my experiences, This operator is highly recommended.

The Three Passes Trek is the ultimate tour of the Everest region. It was my first trek at altitude, and I was a little concerned about attempting this route, but I am so happy I did it. The Three Passes Trek takes you off the beaten path (read crowded trail) of the straight up and down EBC route, and provides all of the highlights of the region, both in terms of stunning mountain views and the local culture. We completed our clockwise circuit (Renjo Pass, Cho La Pass, and Kongma La Pass) in 17 days, and probably could have accomplished everything in about 15 days, however it was important to have some buffer space to acclimatize and rest. Be prepared for cold weather and snow - we had about a foot of fresh snow going over the Cho La Pass, which created a beautiful scenery along with an extra hard push to the top. Also, expect to spend time in Lukla after your trek is done as flight delays are the norm. It is definitely a much more challenging route, but the rewards are absolutely worth the effort!
