The hotels, transports, restaurants for lunch and especially the guides - Ali Faik in Istanbul, Mediha in Kusadasi, Abdul Kadir in Antalya, and Ali Can (John) in Cappadocia were superb. The 4 guides I mentioned were truly knowledgeable/informative, able to connect to clients like me as they shared personal experiences as well, very accomodating and friendly. My guide in Pamukkale can be better, he needs to connect and be more of a communicator and his choice of restaurant needs improvement.
