The Torphichen dinner was absolutely the best! Family style, singing, drinking, piping and cry-in-your-beer stories by Kenny. The next absolute best was Neal and the sheep station. Incredible dogs made the sheep dance ballet! Neal is a stitch! Warm and gruff showed how to hypnotize sheep in 5 seconds for shearing. Great story telling and dog training advice. I loved the experience of personally shearing sheep. Brooke the tour director was so much fun and accomodating, an absolute delightful person.

Driver Karl - extremely skilled, calm at all times, cared for passengers at all times Director Brooke - great administrator, no obvious glitches, I suspect any glitches were dealt with before passengers knew. Brooke was very knowledgeable on the geography, history and demographics of the Scottish Highlands. This knowledge was passed on to the passengers at an appropriate time during the journey and with a clear and concise manner. Great tour, we had a blast.

This trip itinerary gave us a great taste of Scotland and we enjoyed it immensely. Our travel host ************ was an excellent educator and storyteller and helped make this a memorable trip. If we had it to do over again, I would likely select a longer itinerary that provided more locations and more time at some locations. Will certainly consider traveling again with Trafalgar.

This was a great overview of Scotland in a short period of time. It had a good pace, great Travel Director., and many interesting sights. It has sparked more interest in Scotland and we may be back to explore the Northern areas and west coastal islands.

The seven day trip was too short but we took the whole family, 9 people, and it was impossible to coordinate more than a week. The tour was excellent and Andrew our Tour Director was very knowledgeable about Scotland and the history. He was excellent. All the excursions and dinners were fantastic.

We highly recommend this tour as a well-organised and well-paced way to experience the key regions of Britain, its history and culture. The small group and coach size allowed us to travel roads less taken, enjoying the small villages, countryside, cathedrals, castles and beautiful scenery. Our friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, Daz and skilled driver Vince worked as a team ensuring we all had a happy, memorable trip. There was plenty of time to take photos and go exploring at stops. Accommodation was varied and comfortable and included meals were satisfying. We would definitely travel again with Blue-Roads.
