Catania Tours in June 2027

Beautiful part of Southern Italy. The towns were all so picturesque and each had their own individuality. Wasn’t expecting anything like this. Would highly recommend this tour.

I thought it was an excellent itinerary and was pleased that we got to have 3 nights at Giardini Naxos in Sicily. We needed it and it gave us a chance to enjoy the town itself. Also, our tour director, Lisa was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped facilitate the trip and make it so successful. I took the tour because you offered both the Puglia region and the island of Sicily both of which I had not been to before. The choice of towns in both regions was excellent. All very picturesque and historic towns. I can see that whoever designed the tour put a lot of effort into showing us as many historic and beautiful sights as possible.

I am 88 years old and traveled with you on the colors of Sicily the date May 17, 2025. I have so much to say about the trip and how wonderful it was and how I was to the top of Mount Aetna two days before it erupted. The filming of the Godfather visiting all the places that related to it. There’s so much to say I don’t know how put it into words on this paper. I would love to speak to someone, and I would also like to get a copy of the picture that was taken of the group and the names and emails and addresses of the people that I traveled with also the group leader. I also met people from all over the world on this trip made very nice friendships but I missed the last evening because I had another trip back to back with the Trafalga trip. The second trip was with my daughter on back roads,the first one I did by myself with you and I thank you so much for providing such a wonderful wonderful trip. I hope I hear from you!!!! 💕😉💕

Great trip! Sicily is beautiful and this tour covered the best pieces. The itinerary was perfect for the amount of time. Hotels were adequate. First hotel in Palermo was on the coast with spectacular views. But, it was noisy. Popular hot spot so the street was busy until late at night. Hotel on the racetrack was very interesting. I would recommend that. Side trips were amazing. Loved Cefalù, Mt Etna, and Savoca. I didn’t take advantage of some of the optional dinners and regretted it. Our driver was skillful at keeping the bus on the road! was very knowledgeable and responded to all issues with rooms, mobility, illness, etc. he took great pride in making sure that all was well. My only suggest would be that he (and the driver) would spend dinnertime with guests when possible.

If you love history and seeing buildings and temples that are centuries old you will love touring around the island seeing and hearing about the major influences on Sicily’s history. The food and wine are the bonus! We added extra days on the beginning and end to enjoy visiting a couple of vineyards and Cefalu. Beautiful country!

Good pace to itinerary. Would have rather spent more time in Taormina than Ragusa. Option Marsala dinner has a great view but meal, wine and view for half of us rated poor. The option walk in Palermo was very expensive for the experience and there was no hidden treasure. The rest of the trip was great. We added our own wine tours near Palermo and Mount Etna. You may want to consider that. Both beautiful areas. Also we did Cefalù on our own. The north side of Sicily needs to be seen as well.
