Cairo Tours in November 2025

It was also amazing, I couldn’t believe I was going before I got there. I couldn’t believe I was there when I got there. I couldn’t believe I did all that when I got home! That is the true definition of an excellent… Beyond excellent trip!

It was almost overwhelming to see and sometimes touch 4000 year old antiquities that we’ve heard of since childhood. We fulfilled one bucket list item by riding a camel in the desert, and another by seeing the Great Pyramids and Sphinx in real life. Collette flawlessly took us to each incredible site and filled us with the history buried in the past. The combination of land tours, cruising the Nile, and flying to Abu Simbel were well planned. Food met our dietary needs and accommodations were top notch. It was the trip of a lifetime but, even at our ages of 75 and 82, doable in every sense.

This trip was fantastic. We participated in most of the optional extras. The best of which was the Balloon ride for the sunrise over the tombs and Nile. Our local explore tour guide Mariam was marvellous and she was so knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much for her. She told us so much interesting information All sites seen in Cairo and on route were wonderful. The Cruise too was a joy. The optional light show in Karnak was not what was expected and I would say give it a miss! The beach extension hotel was clean, pools good, food excellent. The optional snorkelling by a local provider was a great disappointment and not what we had hoped for. Not many fish and not a good reef. But the boat trip was enjoyable too. There is are some areas of hotel need updating. Mini Golf/crazy golf course needs attention. Evening entertainment could have been better, but all in all we had a good relaxing 4 days there.

I highly recommend booking this trip if you want a fascinating exploration through ancient and modern Egypt. We got to see so many places that felt straight out of a National Geographic documentary! We had a small group of seven plus our exceptional tour guide named Rania who helped make this truly the trip of a lifetime. I have been a lot of cool places in the world but I believe this may be this coolest thing I have ever done. 10/10

The 9 day Egypt trip was absolutely fantastic, the organisation was spot on which allowed me to see everything I wanted to! Ramez the tour guide was not only good at organising the group but held great knowledge of the sites we visited. Accommodation and transport were very good. I was a returning solo expat customer and met some fellow travelling friend's on this trip so since coming home we have already booked with Expat again!

Alexandria to Abuu Simbel.: Egypt from top to bottom! This trip packed so much into 11 days, yet it never felt rushed. The archaeological sites are awe-inspiring, in terms of their size, antiquity and elaborate carvings and wall paintings. No amount of looking at photos will prepare you for what you see in person.
