Cairns Tours in May 2026

I’ve just done 6 tours with Intro, going to NZ, Australia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, and Bali. It’s literally been the trip of a lifetime, and they have been the best company to travel with. The itineraries in each country have been perfect, with a great blend of activities, cultural experiences, and free/chill time. The whole trip wouldn’t have been the same though without the superb group leaders I’ve had in each country; Ollie, Faye, Liam, Seyha, Niamh, and Tess. Their knowledge and expertise is second-to-none, and their all-round friendly, humorous, caring personalities made the trip for me, and left me feeling like I’ve gained friends for life. Miss them all so much, and will 100% travel with Intro again!

Pay Wayne more. The places we visited were great, but you are somewhat limited by conditions not under your control. The guide makes the trip. There are plenty of things to see, and all are good. It was interesting that the sound systems were never up to par. The bus companies probably control this. Since Wayne is the best guide I have been with, make sure we can hear him. Talk to Bose or other vendors. There has to be some way to improve the sound. Oh yeah, pay Wayne and the drivers more.

On our own time in Queenstown New Zealand jumping out of a plane at 12,000 feet and tandem parachuting to the ground. Both tour directors were excellent in providing advice as to things to do and places to go to on our own time during the tour.

I have just returned from an awesome 28-day tour of Australia with Intro travel. My group leaders, Keira, Shannon, and Faye, were all amazing professional guides, motivation speakers, advice givers, and more importantly, energetic dancers! All three made it their mission to make you feel comfortable and ensure that you were having an amazing time, while still being natural down to earth, funny people, which just made the tour all the more enjoyable. The places we visited and the activities included in this tour make it amazing value for money, plus there time to add on other activities should you wish! Especially in the latter stages of the tour, I really felt like we had a little intro family, Shannon, Faye, and my other new friends from around the world are to thank for being such amazing people!

Hi, I have traveled 28 days along the east coast with Shannon and Faye. It has been a amazing trip. The highlight of the trip has to be the sailing trip on the Whitsundays, it was indescribable! I did the OZ East Coast tour for 28 days and was more than thrilled. Thanks to Intro, you get as many different impressions of a country as possible. My two group leaders Shannon and Gemma were just a dream. They looked after you, answered all your questions and always had a smile on their faces, which was of course immediately infectious. Thank you both so much :) My two highlights were the 3 day sailing trip with snorkelling and seeing Sydney. I can only recommend it to everyone. The trip is so much more relaxed than if you had to do everything yourself and you get to know so many nice people who quickly become family.
