Great trip Great travel director Great bus driver Good variety of activities included and optional Hotels good Included meals good Seat rotation on bus very helpful and fair Travel Director was incredibly knowledgeable about a Wide range of subjects relating to Ireland She was able to quickly arrange alternative Sites to visit when weather interfered with scheduled activities for example trip to Aran Islands was cancelled because of weather didn’t overwhelm us with too much Information at once, Instead she would give us some and tell us she would return to subject the next day and she would!! I was victim of a pickpocket in Dublin, first day of trip and lost everything including passport accompanied me to police station. Made police report. Helped me cancel credit cards. Get passport photos and offered a lot of emotional support My travel partner and I are very grateful Bus driver was wonderful too as were other tour participants We were able to continue with the tour without difficulty Pace of trip was a little hurried for us We like to read plaques I think Insight and travel industry should work with Dublin police to stop petty crime Pickpocket thief is apparently well known to law enforcement Posted warnings about pickpockets in high risk areas might help The trauma, inconvenience and expense of this event have been significant. As I write this I am in Seattle awaiting a regular passport….a six hour process and a 5 hour drive from my home in Portland.
Excellent itinerary Some walking tours were talking tours. Research optional experiences as some are absolutely not value for money in terms of the experience gained. Overall a fabulous trip and a lively, humorous, young tour guide.☘️
Well paced out a few extra surprises thrown in such a hurling lessons Accommodation and included meals were all great. Tour director and fantastic. Always friendly and available and bus immaculate
All accommodations were great except for the Edinburgh post tour, Our tour guide, Sean was excellent! One stop at a sod house, farm and animals was hokey and carnival like, maybe on the Ring of Kerry.
It’s a lovely tour with much interesting scenery and history with a well timed itinerary to visit the numerous sites. The tour director and driver were both professional and knowledgeable.
One of the best tours we have gone on. Our tour manager was friendly, knowledgeable about the culture and history of Ireland, and very organized. We had many experiences besides seeing the beautiful scenery. Things like visiting the Waterford Crystal factory, having a Medieval dinner and show, watching some Irish “lads” and “lasses” play instruments and river dance following a dinner, watching a trained sheep dog maneuver sheep according to his master’s commands, visiting a store where tweed products are made and sold and saw how tweed is made, walked along cliffs to see beautiful views, visited the Guinness brewery and sampled the beer, had the opportunity to kiss the Blarney Stone but chose to walk the beautiful gardens and trails around it instead, and so many other things.
