We enjoyed staying multiple nights at two of the hotels which allowed us to not feel rushed hopping from one hotel to the next. Banff Springs Hotel is a treat in and of itself. Spectacular views everywhere we went! Informative and interesting Insight experiences. And most importantly, our tour guide Alex and our bus driver, Lana were exceptional. We highly recommend this tour.

The two main reasons my wife & I chose this tour were the mountain lodges & multiple nights at two of them, specifically 3 nights at the Banff Springs Fairmont & 2 nights at the Forest Park Lodge. The Canadian Rockies presented one spectacular view after another. It was breathtaking!

Thanks to our exceptional tour director, we were able to make unplanned stops based on weather which allowed time to see places without being drenched from the rain. The only downside was the hotel near Jasper was one hour away which added to the the travel time which made for a very long day. I was not feeling well while in Jasper and due to the hotel being so far away I was unable to make the 2 excursions that day. If the hotel had of been in town, I could have slept in and made the afternoon cruise.

it was a trip taken with my young adult granddaughters that we all will remember for ever. Coming from Michigan the mountains and ice fields were places unlike anything we knew. I liked the history from the indigenous guide of the natural plants. The natural beauty allows you to forget your everyday life. the tour guide and driver were wonderful, professional and seemed truly interested in us having a wonderful time. My only complaint is the price high price of the food for a couple of stops. Basically priced like a sit down dinner for a premade sandwich. Only bright spot there was Alex our tour guide bought ice cream for everybody

My only request would be that the dinner at the Glacier View Lodge be earlier. Dinner didn't start until 7:45 and wasn't done until at least 10 pm. Then breakfast was at 7. That made for a very late night and early morning. We were told to be at breakfast at 7:00, but breakfast wasn't served until after 7:30. We could have arrived later.

Great scenery, amazing views, well organized trip. Stay at Fairmont Hotel in Banff was amazing. Walking on the glacier was unique and tour guide Alex and driver Lana were excellent. Only negative was a switch of hotels to staying in Hinton instead of Jasper. Put you 45 minutes north of most sightseeing destinations and without good restaurant options. They claim it was because of the wildfires in Jasper in 2024, but I am not sure there were not better options closer to Jasper or in Jasper itself.
