Arthur was an amazing leader who ensured everyone felt valued and included the entire time. We felt very safe with him as well as being able to have a good laugh. He always gave us recommendations for free time and had lots of information to tell us at each activity/answer any questions we had. He made the effort to get to know us all on a personal level and that really made him feel like a friend, not only a leader. He helped us create amazing memories in an amazing country — definitely recommend!

The company is great, everything was perfect from start to finish. Our tour guide Arthur was the best tour guide I could have asked for. Honestly such a really nice guy that’s always happy and up for a good time to make everyone feel happy and comfortable! I would definitely do another tour with this travel operator again.

The Northern Thailand experience has been an amazing start to my exploration of South East Asia. The varied itinerary means there is something for everyone and even the activities I was not expecting to like, turned out to make the best memories! One of the highlights of the the trip has been our tour guide Arthur. He has catered to our every need, want and desire. He was always there to offer guidance and advice throughout the trip whether that was during one of the planned activities or when we had free time to ourselves. Arthur made everyone's trip as comfortable as possible whilst showing us every side that Thailand has to offer. On our tour, Arthur was assisted by Jan, who if wasn't told at the beginning of the tour, I would never be able to tell it was her first trip as a tour guide. Her knowledge of the local areas has been very helpful, always able to point you in the right direction whenever you need help to find something. Together Arthur and Jan have been the foundation to help everyone on the trip to make the lifetime memories that travellers wish to make when they travel half way around the world. I will definitely be back in touch with both of them the next time I venture out to Thailand.

OH MY BUDDAH ! What an amazing experience with the best tour guide in the world! Going into the tour with zero experience of travelling in Thailand I was very scared but by having such an informative and sociable tour guide really put me at ease. Arthur is so hardworking and supportive towards everyone in the group. The tour was incredible and was full packed with brilliant experiences! Jan was very lovely and such a great friend as well as a tour guide. For being an intern she was highly informative and such a bubbly personality to have with us! Honestly couldn’t recommend Arthur enough. He made the trip. From the get go he introduced himself to us in the hotel before the first night, really putting us at ease. His energy throughout the tour really kept us all going and helped us to bond and have fun. He was so incredibly friendly, joking around and always making us all laugh. Not only that but he really made such an effort to give us as much information as possible and did his absolute best to answer every question we could. He made a really effort to get to know us and what we wanted to do and added in extra things for us to make our time more enjoyable!
