The Marvel tour was amazing. The tour director Chanthavee was very knowledgeable and gave us a good insight to our surroundings. The coach driver Pete was also very good. Loved the accommodation especially the ones that offered guest laundry service. Maybe at some point the fur seal encounter could be improved as I felt for some members on the tour walking across the rocks and around the rock pools was a bit of a challenge. I feel a viewing platform may be more appropriate for the fur seals safety as well. I would recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore New Zealand, it was a great overview of places to visit.

Bus time was perfect to get to know other members of the group. There was some time to allow us to choose what to do ie go do a walk in the area. Sharing a room was actually great fun and everywhere we stayed was slightly different but we’ll equipped. Really handy not having to look for breakfast as it was included. Activities were great although generally made the trip quite expensive as we were encouraged to do certain ones.

This was my first ever Conktiki trip and overseas holiday, and it was just amazing. From the people I met on the tour, to our amazing trip manager and our driver. To the spectacular scenery of New Zealand, this was truly a trip of a lifetime, and I would highly recommend going to New Zealand if you have the chance. It has provided me with countless memories and stories, and several new friends and has left me wanting to travel and explore more.

Excellent

I’ve just done the Intro 17 day tour in New Zealand and I’ve absolutely loved it! My tour leader Danny was amazing, he had loads of knowledge about the country & was extremely helpful with my onward travel & was really approachable if I had any issues, Danny kept coming up with loads of different ideas to get our group to bond and by the end of the trip we were like a little dysfunctional family 🫶🏻 I couldn’t have asked for a better person to lead us through the country. I would recommend this intro tour for anyone who’s looking to explore New Zealand.

Excellent

Had the most amazing few weeks in New Zealand on the 17 day tour. Our leader Lauren was the best. She was so lovely and organised and super knowledgeable and supportive.

Ultimate New Zealand was the best 3 weeks of my life! Brit & Chris were incredible. The add on activities were so much fun and reasonably priced. I’ve made friends for life and I can’t wait to book my next contiki!
