Your itinerary was very good. We followed it well. One restaurant, the 49th Street Brewery, I did not feel was up to your normal standard. It was too noisy, too crowded, and the food wasn’t that good, Had a great time with everything else.
We saw a lot of interesting places in the short time that we were on the tour. I do like having some time on our own too. I only wish that a few more meals were included.
Alaska—a land of untamed beauty, sprawling wilderness, and profound inspiration. As our tour unfolded, we witnessed the very heart of the Last Frontier, traversing not only its famed coastlines and soaring peaks. To call it “terrific” only begins to capture the cascade of experiences, emotions, and revelations that the journey inspired. Alaska’s scenery is a symphony of elemental forces. We marveled at glaciers—ice fields cascading down mountainsides, blue and ancient, their creaks and rumbles echoing across the valleys. We walked along the banks of the Nenana River, and at every turn during the tour, we saw wildlife. The inherent beauty of this state, combined with its rich history, made this a truly unique trip. We highly recommend this tour. Our Tour Director and bus driver made it a wonderful experience.
It?s a magnificent journey to an extraordinary state. Our G adventure CEO was very knowledgeable about the culture, wildlife, history, and scenic details of every place we visited. The local guides were likewise knowledgeable and passionate about Alaska. Every moment was filled with adventure and authentic experiences. We had so much fun, met such great people, and thouroughly enjoyed our trip.
Overall it was a great trip. Got to see and do many different things which is the goal. I liked the variety of activities and experiencing new things. The plane tour was awesome and was glad we had the opportunity. The whale watching boat trip was amazing.
This tour was amazing - the scenery, the activities and the opportunities really made it. Charlie was excellent as a guide and knew the answer to all questions (or found out as soon as possible). I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a "lesser-trodden" path through Alaska.
