Amalfi Coast & Campania Tours in August 2027

Not only were the walks on this trip great, the views were amazing at every turn. The trip notes are not lying when they say there are lots of stairs so be prepared for some achy calves, however it is absolutely worth it. The hotel accommodation is great and the food is delicious (we even ate there on our free night) so don't be put off by eating in the same place every night. The barman also did the best limoncello spritzer I've ever had! I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone thinking about going to the Amalfi Coast. Walking it really is the best way to see it.

What an amazing experience, from start to finish! Exodus kept us well informed leading up to the trip and upon arrival we received an itinerary and had evening next-day meetings which was great for understanding everything we'd need to do/timings etc. The admin team were great, the tour team were great. The hotel partners were also great - basically BRAVO. For anyone considering a group walking tour to the Amalfi Coast we'd highly recommend Exodus as although it can be done on your own - the knowledge your local Exodus guide imparts is second to none - we learnt so much about the history and the environment. There's plenty of free time too so it was the perfect balance for us. Thank you everyone and we have already started looking at which holiday to choose next!!!

This is a great trip for seeing the Amalfi Coast. You cover a lot within a week. There were 2 hikes for more active group members. There is also a chance to see the beautiful Italian architecture in towns such as Amalfi, Positano and Ravello. Our guide (Sev) integrated us into the Italian culture well and made everyone laugh! The hotel is a friendly warm place. The staff host cooking demonstrations some of the evenings, which was great fun.

This was my first big trip alone and Severio and all the group made me feel very welcome. It was hot but Severio gave us plenty of stops and the views were amazing. The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel comfortable. The food was varied and excellent. There was a good balance between walking, relaxing and other activities.

Excellent trip. Really enjoyed it. Suzy was a brilliant guide, really new her stuff and was passionate about the area, the food, the people and the walks. We were doubly lucky to get a brilliant group who gelled completely. My belly ached from laughing nearly as much as my calves ached from the steps. The walks aren't strenuous and we took loads of breaks to enjoy the scenery. The heat was the main killer and apparently it wasn't even that hot!!

A truly wonderful week in a beautiful area of the world. The views were beyond anything I had seen before and the fact that we had walked up and down many steps and hillsides to make it to these viewpoints made it so worthwhile and satisfying. The group leader was very knowledgeable and as a group we really got on very well which made it a very enjoyable trip.
