Alsace & Lorraine Tours and Trips

As 60-plus-year-olds and non-regular bike riders, this was the perfect bike riding trip for us. We chose e-bikes, which made it a lot easier, particularly on longer days and the occasional steep inclines. The route was beautiful, the accommodation great, and transport of bags worked perfectly. The GUIBO app was a godsend — for route guidance and local tips. We would recommend UTracks to friends and would love to do more journeys with them in the future.

This was an lovely wander from Vineyard to château to hilly forest and medieval village and small town. A combination of relaxation, good walks and moderate challenge. The accommodation was comfortable and welcoming.

The bikes were great and the GPS worked almost all of the time. The gravel paths were very bumpy and sometimes quite slippery. The accommodations were friendly and in great locations. The luggage transfers were very efficient.

Route was beautiful, stunning scenery and interesting stops along the way. Hotels were all very good and the app worked brilliantly so we never get lost. Already planning next year's trip!

A wonderful experience which exceeded our expectations. The hike was varied through pretty vineyard trails, peaceful woodland paths and picturesque medieval villages. The local people were friendly and welcoming, accommodation was comfortable and the continental breakfasts were substantial for the day ahead. Highly recommended for anyone wishing to explore a beautiful region of France that is yet to suffer from over-tourism.

We really enjoyed are trip. Beautiful villages, lovely forest trails which was welcome relief as it was very hot on a couple of the days during our trek in early June 2025. Trip was rated as moderate which was correct, it was challenging at times with steep up hill climbs on rocky paths. A good level of fitness is required as indicated by them. We definitely earned and enjoyed the beautiful food and wine on offer in the Alsace. All our hotels were very clean and comfortable with a substantial continental breakfast on offer every morning.
