This is a top-notch travel company! We had a fantastic Christmas vacation in India which was well organized and executed by their staff of highly responsive and capable agents, drivers and guides. They customized a tour for us that accommodated our desire to see the Golden Triangle in northern India before visiting family in the south and enjoying a memorable Kerala houseboat tour. It was reassuring to know that we would be greeted at each new airport from Delhi to Cochin with a company representative, driver and local guide. A guest relations person also checked in regularly to ensure we were happy during the trip. The hotels were comfortable and meals were delicious, even accommodating a severe nut allergy. The tour company made the whole travel experience stress-free and so enjoyable! We have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely travel with them again!

When our family decided to travel to India we didn't know which travel agent to use because we couldn't find a tour company in Australia to tailor our holiday, so after searching I stumbled across this tour company, it had good reviews so I went with them. We decided to go on the Golden Triangle, Mumbai and Goa Tour, we were able to choose the dates we wanted to travel and the level of accommodation. We went 3 stars for all of our accommodation which was good. We also decided to take the train from Mumbai to Goa first class and that was the best experience seeing so much from the train. Our whole trip went smoothly we had a representative every place we went, Arshad Khan in New Delhi was the best he was very engaging compared with other representatives. A driver who spoke english was sufficient we really didn't need anyone else, we received phone calls from the tour company everyday to see if everything is going well. Overall we would use and recommended this tour company in the future.

I have been impressed from the first email till the last representative I have seen of this tour operator. Their warm welcomes on every stop and their daily check ins of concern and care for guests is impeccable. All official staff, all representatives at various locations and other members of the team, such as drivers and guides, made a lasting impression on me. I loved my tour of India with your company!! Each day was well organized and wonderful. It meant so much to me to meet a representative at each city. The guides and drivers were all kind, helpful and excellent at their jobs and knowledgeable about the sites I saw. ' The pace was perfect with many interesting things to see with enough time for rest too. The hotels were comfortable and beautiful with great service. My guides also took me to beautiful restaurants with delicious food. I met another family traveling with your company in Jaipur and they loved you also. This company deserves all the superlatives I can think of. We found them through the internet and they arranged a 15 night trip to India for my husband and me. During the planning stage, their responses to our emails were almost immediate, and included calls when they wanted or needed an immediate response. The trip they arranged for us was wonderful. They took care of all the details, and never let us down. They delivered exactly what they promised, on time, with efficiency and smiles. When we had a problem (a car broke down once), they responded within minutes by sending a replacement car to us. The hotels they picked were great, the drivers were wonderful, and the guides were excellent. Whenever we had a question or wanted to consult with them, regardless of the issue, they were almost immediately accessible and always gracious and very helpful. If you want to travel in India, I highly recommend using them.
