I loved the coach experience, the tour leader was outstanding with her explanations of the history of the destinations and also providing extras where needed. Sam, the driver would make sure that we are safely offboarded and onboarded on the coach. Sicily you are the best.
The destinations were wooooooow experiences, to have to experience local transportation in bicycles in Amsterdam. Germany's Rhine River Valley cruise, Cuckoo clocks past Albert Einstein's birth city Ulm to the beautiful landscapes of Innsbruck, Austria. Proceeding to Italy to see a Shakespearean's Romeo and Juliet's balcony in Verona. Having the edge to come back in 30 years to see Vernice underwater, seeing the artwork of the Lucerne old bridge, and cruising along Lake Lucerne. Waking up in Switzerland and going up misty Mount Pilatus was amazing and showed me God's wonders, The Swiss Alps with their peaks was also Halleluyah amazing. We were anxious at first to travel for 18 days with a group. But the tour was planned so well and Michelle was so professional. She always have a heads up on what to expect, So kids were also prepared their minds for what to expect. The itinerary covered lot of ground but we didn't feel it to be very fast paced too. There was one under par hotel ( the one in Toulous) which we didn't like. The rest of hotels n breakfasts were great. Thank you!
We just got back from the Best of Europe (22 day tour) and it was an amazing experience, but group travel is not for everyone. If you want to meet new people to explore Europe with & can handle being on a schedule - then group travel is for you. If you want to isolate yourself, have trouble with compromise, and are looking to complain about your fellow travelers and the tour guide - then group travel is not for you.
Emma (tour guide) was amazing and reminded professional throughout the tour. She was always willing to answer questions and give a quick history & language lesson about the different cities in Europe. She made the entire trip enjoyable and manageable as she is an excellent communicator.
As for the tour itself, there are a lot of cities and, at times, it's hard to keep them straight - but that's not necessarily a bad thing. This tour gives you a good sense of what Europe is like and where one may want to visit again. The local tour guides were very good for the most part

This tour was run so smoothly. It had a great balance of professionalism and fun. The experiences were so good. Big bucket list items were ticked off. But mostly our tour guide Peter was fantastic. He went above and beyond for every single person on the tour.

Our third time with Expat Explore, value for money heaps to see. A fast pace tour with some long days, but if you're up to it, I would highly recommend. An enjoyable way to travel to cover Japan.
