Simple stays with essential amenities. Typically guesthouses, hostels or hotels rated below 3 stars — clean, no-frills, and great for value-conscious travelers.
Comfortable and reliable 3-star stays. Expect private rooms, en-suite bathrooms, and solid amenities — a great balance between comfort and cost.
Upscale 4-5 star hotels and lodges. Enjoy high-end service, refined comfort, and premium locations — ideal for travelers seeking extra indulgence.
I liked the windmills in Holland. And our tour guide Matheus was really fun. And at the last hotel, Don Giovanni, I got to play a lot at the kids camp with the helpers Karolina and Dominika.
Hectic schedule but good. It was a good pace because you see a lot of different tourist attractions, walk around and then have a chance to sit on the bus for a bit to rest. Overall it was a good schedule.
I feel this your was very organized and the tour guides incredibly knowledgeable of each city we visited. I absolutely recommend to persons wanting to try a foreign country without wanting to take on the details themselves.
The tour was good but sometimes the tour leader forget to explain some of the things in english since most of the passenger ang spanish speaking people. Though the people are friendly and meet new nice friends.
Experience the magic of the British Isles on the 12-day Scotland and Ireland tour, designed for seniors and seasoned travelers who appreciate relaxed exploration. From Edinburgh’s historic streets to the rolling Highlands of Inverness, then across the Irish Sea to Dublin, Limerick, and beyond, this easy-paced sightseeing trip brings together castles, lochs, and lively cities. With comfortable accommodations, guided visits, and rich storytelling, you’ll uncover the legends and landscapes that define Scotland and Ireland. The tour’s unique advantage? A curated route that captures both the grandeur and warmth of these Celtic lands, making every day a gentle, rewarding discovery.
Good introductory tour to the Balkans. Need a bus-seat rotation plan to prevent some passengers from hogging the good seats. Choose buses that provide USB charging ports. Avoid less organised hotels where coffee and food runs out, such as in Hotel Marinela in SOFIA and Hotel Panorama in Veliko Tarnovo. Choose hotels that serve breakfast early, at least at 7:00AM, e.g. Panorama in Veliko Tarnovo serves breakfast only at 7:30AM and tour leaves at 8AM, not enough time. Choose hotels that provide express-laundry services as we do not have time to look for laundromats elsewhere. When arriving too early at a city to check-in at hotel, do not waste time unloading bags first, directly go on city tour then come back at check-in time. Maybe reduce a day from Bulgaria or Croatia and add at least a day more in Serbia, which is rich in history. If possible design a new tour to cover all Balkan states and add Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Albania.
Please inform tour guide to inform hotel reception on next day plan, most places they are, but we almost missed first day bus since there were no instructions on start time next day in Barcelona.
My wife and I eally enjoyed the Historic trip across 5 countries. Our Europamundo guide from Bulgaria to Dubravnik, Ms Bilyana Shirokanska was a very caring guide. She made sure the oldest and the only English speaking couple were looked after well, that we undeestood everything and did not get lost.
