Overall trip was good. Negatives were that the hotel in Rome was dated, no refrigerator. Front desk did not send requested help 2 of 3 times. Was difficult to get Ice as there was no Ice machine. Pillows were flat. The hotels were much better. We had 5 tour guides. Felipe and Antonio were great as was the local guide Genaro in Capri. WE liked that the drivers sold chilled bottled water for 1 euro on each bus.
The locations that appealed to me most were the Switzerland and Italy locations. I am someone who needs to do things with other people in order to be happy, so it was really nice to be able to find a person with whom i could explore the location of the day with during our assigned free time. I do wish occasionally to stay in some cities a little longer, either by free time or staying more days, but i understand the need for the current schedule. The schedule was a lot less hectic than i had initially imagined for my first tour bus type travel excursion and was pleasantly surprised at the overall trip, so i would definitely do it, though at this time i dont know where. I would be interested in touring again with some of the same guides, but i realize that is not a likely possibility.
I had a 20 day trip, so i had multiple guides throughout my tour. I had started with Lionel, then went to Linus, Angela, Incarne?, Abdel, and finally Mariano, on my last day. Although, not always enjoyable every moment, i did appreciate the greatly varrying styles of each guide. However, while they were all good in their own way, Incarne and Angela were my favorites due to their styles and interaction with the travelers, in terms of getting to know the travelers and their interests.
One thing i should improve upon for myself is to look at the provided information more carefully to determine what exactly is or is not provided. At the time i booked the trip i had not had a free moment to review all the information provided in the traveler information, so i would definitely take the time to research everything

The trip was very nice but the somewhere the buses did not have enough space for luggage.At few places the guide did not accompany us and we had a problem travelling on our own like we had to hire costly taxi.Overall the trip was nice but there are many areas for europamundo to improve.
The trip was good. Just need to be considerate about the comfort of your clients on the hotels you choose to book them, somewhere that will make them more comfortable after a long day trip. Some of your guides are exceptionally very good, however some of your guides does not know how to communicate well with their passengers hence some miscommunication. The rest of the trip was well organized, you have very good bus drivers. Just need to improve some your itineraries.
We were a family of 4 and after lot of apprehensions and research, we opted to go with EuropaMundo for our ‘Fabolous Poland and Fjords ending in Copenhagen tour’ 14 days. This was our fourth Europe tour overall and with EuropaMundo the first.
The anxiety we had prior to the beginning of the tour instantly disappeared the moment our English tour guide YURENA PÉREZ WAHLBERG met us at the hotel reception in Warsaw on Day – 2 of our tour. She made us feel so comfortable and at ease that after that point the whole tour was just a roller coaster for us. She is a highly professional, well trained guide who we would rate excellent - 10 out of 10 stars. Her knowledge on the local, geographical, cultural and religious subjects was excellent. Furthermore, she always went out of her way and ensured that we as a ‘Family’ get our accommodation rooms next to each other. She is a reason we might opt to go back with EuropaMundo again for any of our future trips. The Spanish tour guide Paula was equally friendly and well informed and popular among her Spanish group.
Our overall experience with EuropaMundo was satisfactory. The itinerary was organized effectively and followed to the T. Though people sometimes feel extensive walking / long driving hours but considering the itinerary, we felt this was expected and we were well mentally prepared as it was pre-informed in the itinerary provided by EuropaMundo well in advance. Even my 8 year younger kid could walk and keep up to the pace.
Moreover, the highlight of the tour was that we could interact with co-passengers from different countries having diverse ethnic backgrounds. Everyone was so pleasantly joyous to interact with. We could learn quite a few new words in different languages while interacting with all.
A big shout to one local guide in Warsaw – Agneska, who was so professional and excellent in her job. She was so well prepared and carried a booklet with visual photographs that depicted the entire history of Warsaw and Poland relating to the World War II. Her story telling along with the visual photographs created such a lasting emotional connect as if we were traveling back in time and reliving in that era. Hats off to her
I recommend Europa Mundo to always hire her as local guide for the city tour in Warsaw. She deserves that….
Another big shout to our tour driver Marius – who ensured we reach safely to our destinations. Especially once there was some technical issue with the bus which he managed professionally well and drove slowly to ensure safety of all passengers.
Areas for further improvement:
1.Solidarity centre visit in Gdansk together with World War II museum was bit overdose. Could have been avoided. Instead, free time at the town square could have been a better option
2.A boat trip at Geiranger closer to the narrow point of Fjord would have been a good inclusion
3.A little more time in the beautiful Sopot in order to have the opportunity to walk on the 500m pier and explore further

Najib was an excellent tour guide. He provided us with all the necessary information for us to enjoy the tour. He was always on time and clearly answered all our inquiries. He was fun to be with and always had a smile on his face. He is very efficient and responsive to our needs. Simu the driver was also very kind and gentle. He was very helpful with our luggages and very good at driving. Overall the trip was hassle-free and memorable because of our tour guide and driver. I will definitely book a tour again with europamundo and recommend your company to my friends and family.
