We loved everything on this tour, the itenerary was followed exactly how it was on My Trip, hotels were very good, the guide Emma and the driver Juan Carlos were excellent, very kind and very helpful, everything was really good and definitely we will go on on a tour with Europamundo again :)

The trip was good..had lovely experience. The guides were very good n funny too.. there was no problem with my trip except for the Barcelona hotel Air Front Congress.. it was not at all a 4 star rated hotel.. it looked more like a motel.. there was no cover on the blankets..no glasses to hv water..and we were charged 5 euros for two plastic glasses. The hotel staff is rude and not at a helpful and hospitable.. had a bad experience in the breakfast room..someone misbehave with me..and the hotel staff did not stop . The were quietly watching. We had to complain to look into the matter.. my suggestion would be to kindly not book with such hotels..the hotels should be centrally located...so that it is easier for us to commute. As mentioned earlier except for the Barcelona hotel..my entire trip was fantastic. Would love travelling with Europamundo again.

In overall the tour was good but changing tour guides wasnt convenient. Its quiet acceptable to have 2 language group but ... Europamundo should thing beforehand about cultural background of groups they want to join in one group. One day was a total disaster for English speaking group because of the second group and their behavior. River cruises - I expected a guided cruise and not just a ride. Local guides in Prague, Paris, London - are exceptional, very informative. Really enjoyed it.

Regarding the above matter I would like thank an elderly local guide in Lisbon by the name of Annabella. When I was injured during the trip in Lisbon. She personally accompanied me to search for medical help, walking in the drizzling rain and asking people . Finally without any choice she took me to the private hospital. All the while with me from registration to meeting the doctor , talking and explaining in the local language. After several hours at the hospital she then took me by cab to the hotel before she left. She is a kind soul and many others would not have done that. Even the main guide just left even after I told my problem , only she took the initiative to help me although SHE WAS not MY DESIGNATED GUIDE and her work time was over. I wish Europamundo will thank her for me.

We booked european dance last sept 2017 from europamundo. our tour guides diego and angela are great, they were caring, with sense of humour and very knowledgeable. the bus we used were all comfortable. the hotels used are outside city center. drivers and tour guides were always on time.after the discussions and showing us the important sites , they gave us free time to explore on our own. although, a lot of walking everyday, we enjoyed the tour. we understand they wanted to show us all the sites in tne itenerary. we met good people, new friends. thank you europamundo. thumbs up.
