Overall good. But there multiple changes in Guides, a tour becomes interesting when you spend all your day with one guide as he understands you and you also understand him/her. Out of all guides we got, I would Bellenexceptionally good and Ceaser were really good. But others were just English translators. They just hear what Spanish guide say and translate. Buses this time were outsourced and not Europamundos buses, seats tight and leg space less.
This is our fourth tour with Europamundo and our tour guides were the best that we’ve ever have.
We started the tour with Ouma our English speaking guide in the same bus with Ayoub the Spanish speaking guide and we felt very lucky to have them both (we’re fully bilingual). She was very well prepared and kind to us and the other English speaking couple, she spoke very clear and explained everything very well, to our luck our bus was packed with Latin American tourists mostly from Argentina, Uruguay and Peru, Ayoub the Spanish speaking guide was helpful, patient and very informative, the guy was hilarious!! He explained with plenty of detail and answered all the questions since latinos love to ask questions on every topic. He made the long drives and the whole circuit very pleasant with lots of interesting information.
The last 2 guides Aoyub our English speaking guide was very kind, knowledgeable and informative always ready to help. Khalid the other Spanish speaking guide also very well informed, helpful, and very funny.
It was an excellent trip, kudos to our guides!!!Thank you for making our vacation very enjoyable and for your hard work and service. You are the real “Ambassadors” of your country.

There is too much free time and not much to do in the city centers for more than a few hours. It would have been nice to go some other places beside the city centers.
Regarding our guide, Patricia, she was very nice and friendly and we enjoyed her company. HOWEVER her English accent was heavily accented that I could not understand more than 50 of what she was saying. It is not her fault, but still we paid for an English guide and I think I should have gotten a guide who is more understandable.

The hotline staff was friendly and helpful. I bought the airport transfer from the Glasgow hotel. The UK transfer service is better than the Paris service. Overall, we enjoy the tour and will come back.
