There was an interesting mix of people from various countries. Our guides were excellent - Ivana is kind, co operative and taking care of each minute details. As for passenger there was one lady from Argentina Ms ANDREA MUNOZ who was unpleasant to co passengers. She would not straighten her seat at all and this caused great discomfort as the coach was almost full and there were no empty seats to use. Anita for the Spanish market was friendly and helpful too. As for the tour, the Jama Postojna Cave was breathtaking and awesome and also Plitvice National Park was a wonderful surprise. Rest of the cities were good. Maybe a couple of days more in the program would have been idyllic as it got very hectic and tiring and border crossings took most of the time and hence rest of the program has to be rushed. But it was a wonderful experience and most of the co passengers were very happy.

It was an an amazing and unforgettable experience, from the guides want to mention: Antonio, Julio, Gaby and Mariano are very knowledgeable and professional and the organization, transportation, hotels, etc was excellent, I always felt safe. For extra information: I would have liked to stay a little bit longer in each place, and for the optional excursion offered, to make them happen even though is not more than 10-20 persons. beside that everything was great Will definitely recommend it.

Overall the trip was good however the Hotels at certain places ADONIS EXCELLIOR GRAND GENEVE was not of standard quality. We were very disappointed with the night stay at FELDKIRCH. There was NO reason to make passengers stay in such a BORING place There is Nothing to do there besides we dropped at 5PM here so entire evening was a waste....there was no net connection at Hotel HOTEL CENTRAL LOWEN even after paying for it....all shops etc closed so basically a total waste of money and time Instead you can give more time in Lucerne where people can enjoy nightlife or evening time...suggest you to remove Feldkirch stay and give night stay at some more entertaining place. Also You should have offered the boat trip at Rhine falls .....we missed it Certain places the time given was too much to explore a small town....our tour guide Ms Maria was AMAZING...she was very caring and gave timely information to us at all places. We would recommend to educate guests more on the available restaurants near the Hotels you choose as we clients find it difficult to walk and explore options after a long day....if you give few restaurant names close to Hotel it will be of help Again overall a good experience however small improvements required on planning Hotels and routing. Hi, Overall it was a nice and good trip but i would like to highlight some points. 1. Short duration of personal stroll in some places/towns. 2. The detailed itinerary was not respected. There was a day where we returned to the hotel earlier than mentioned on the itinerary. 3. Another day, we were given only 30 minutes to stroll around Rouen including dinner. How is that possible? we traveled 4 hours to reach Rouen from Paris only to visit and eat within 30 minutes? 4. Breakfast lack options, everyday we got the same things in 5 hotels we were staying. Too much pork options as breakfast and not everybody consumes that. 5. Diamond cutting factory was a waste of time as nobody was interested to visit this. The explanations were so dull and sleepy, they put 40 people in a closed non aerated room and we were all suffocating. I had rather stroll around Amsterdam from morning to evening. Overall it was a good and nice trip but it could have been perfect. Prashan Hemraj.
