Rome- baroque tour could have been a compulsory item, while Roman Forum as an optional instead. It was hard to navigate Forum without a guide as they didnt have good walking path and steep which can be dangerous in wet weather. An elderly lady in our group fell into mud area
Venice- the information tour is pointless waste of time, should have a walking tour instead. Didnt get to visit famous places like Rialto Bridge due to lack of time. We only had 5 hours in Venice in total including lunch, which was also documented in my photos time stamp. In the itinerary, it is supposed to be around 6.5-7 hours. was disappointed that I didnt get to finish exploring this lovely city.
Overall- trip was lovely, great tour and good management. Thank you to Europamundo for a well-planned and good tour. Good itinerary with a nice variety which caters to various tourists.
Raid- the tour guide was nice, patient, approachable, great Very responsible as well. 5 stars to him and the driver, and thank you for a wonderful trip
This trip was incredible….A perfect balance of guided informational tours and free time for exploring your interests. The areas of Italy included were connected thoughtfully with stops in smaller villages between larger metropolitan cities. This divided the travel time into short segments and made the trips between cities enjoyable. We were greeted at the airport with enthusiasm and roses by Joseba and Maxie. Joseba provided us with great advice and then was with us with local Rome expert Mano for a lovely day. For the remainder of the trip our guide Jon was fantastic He was knowledgeable and flexible and fun The trip could not have been better and exceeded all expectations Europomundo made quite an effort to begin this travel season with our tour of Italy and we couldn’t be happier We highly recommend their company and will travel with them again.
The places we visited were beautiful, we visited places with the tour that I would not have known about on my own. I would have preferred if we had more time in certain places, as there was not enough time to see everything and the trip was very fast paced.
It was a great tour with a mix of free time and places to visit. I will like to specially mention our guide Filippo with his immense patience who made our trip wonderful.
The last hotel Ergife not able to provide twin room as we booked. The information that we got is only “no twin room is available now” any more information you had to talk to hotel manager. In addition, the reception was not friendly to providing the support to us. We ended the tour with unhappiness.
Tour Guides were very nice and helpful...they answered any questions that we had and went out of their way to make sure the experience was the best that it could be. Great, Great tour guides.
