Since it was a mixed nationals group very nice our guide was also very punctual very cooperative and informative. Hotel quality inn was not up to mark. No consistency in room facilities like no kettle water bottle or pantry that was little surprising. Overall experience was good.
Your trip was wonderful and your tour guides had been helpful in answering our questions but your tour guides did not gives us more details/ history about each places we were going to visit and does not speak well in English in France.
It was really a nice experience and I wish we had more time to explore around. Europomundo really made it in a best possible way as much as they could and Thanks for the the wonderful guides and services.
I liked this tour because of how indepth it was and the amount of historical sites we visited. The bus tour guides where very informatative about each place we visited and where very well organised, also i also liked the amount of local tour guides that where used.

Your staff drivers and guides is brilliant They are planned, super sweet and helpful I liked that the tour gave us enough time to spend on our own and also let us see major highlights of a city.
Overall the trip was good however the Hotels at certain places ADONIS EXCELLIOR GRAND GENEVE was not of standard quality. We were very disappointed with the night stay at FELDKIRCH. There was NO reason to make passengers stay in such a BORING place There is Nothing to do there besides we dropped at 5PM here so entire evening was a waste....there was no net connection at Hotel HOTEL CENTRAL LOWEN even after paying for it....all shops etc closed so basically a total waste of money and time Instead you can give more time in Lucerne where people can enjoy nightlife or evening time...suggest you to remove Feldkirch stay and give night stay at some more entertaining place. Also You should have offered the boat trip at Rhine falls .....we missed it Certain places the time given was too much to explore a small town....our tour guide Ms Maria was AMAZING...she was very caring and gave timely information to us at all places. We would recommend to educate guests more on the available restaurants near the Hotels you choose as we clients find it difficult to walk and explore options after a long day....if you give few restaurant names close to Hotel it will be of help Again overall a good experience however small improvements required on planning Hotels and routing. The tour operators George and Eva were fantastic
However we had a tour guide called Xavier who we met in Amsterdam and took us to end Berlin after sightseeing Hamelin
He was absolutely uninterested in his job and upon asking a relevant question he was always reluctant to answer
It seemed that he hated his job. He even after the bus left at the Berlin hotel left us without handing the key card. He really did not care about any of the passengers who mostly all had bad encounters with him
On the other hand I would give 11 stars out of 10 to EVA who was fantastic and went out of her way to make the tour lively and was so full of energy and do was GEORGE our first guide who was really nice and very very organised and good hearted. Both EVA amd GEORGE amd even ISRAEL were very good and exceeded their excellence EXCEPT XAVIER who was a total disaster guide who really everyone made everyone feel uncomfortable by stating his intro speech “ That we are his nightmare” On his introduction speech introducing himself . He was grumpy and had an unapproachable look on his face most of the times. He behaved as if he was the boss of Euromundo and we are his slaves. No one was happy with him
Rest the trip was really lovely and enjoyable
