Madrid Tours and Trips

There is not much free time on this itinerary if you choose the optional excursions. Northern Spain might be cooler and wetter than you think. Northern Spain has different architecture, climate,landscapes and vegetation than the rest of Spain. The destinations are all very interesting and show the diversity of Spain than many people are unaware of.

The trip it self was excellent. The pace of the trip was very intense. I would have prefered a few more days added so there would have been more time to explore/spend in the cities. The majority of the nights were spent at one hotel and then we moved on. Either include less stops and information or extend the trip a few days so there was time for relaxation.

To spent more time at the different tours. Sometimes I feel that I was rushed through some tours in the cities. I didn’t have time to buy souvenirs on many occasions.

Definitely try to do all of the optional experiences because they really make the trip worthwhile. We saw so much and experienced one on one time with those who lived there, with the culture and the history of the region. You also get closer to the tour group members as you spent more time together and laughed. The three countries we visited were so special, and the value you got for the cost was high.

Tiago was our travel director and treated us like family. Very passionate about showing you all the highlights of the areas we went to. Extremely organized and punctual and our driver George was very professional. This was our first trip with Trafalger but not our last!

It was organized and efficient. Kassie, our tour director, was proactive, organized, thorough and anticipated people’s needs. She used the bus rides to review upcoming events and visits, provide background annd information, and answer questions or address scheduling and guests personal needs. I would recommend Kassie and Trafalgar in a heartbeat. It was a busy schedule, but not difficult at all, and I found I personally would have liked a little more free time. But it was the best of Spain, and I feel we covered it all.
