Ireland and Wales Tours and Trips

The hotels that we stayed in were very nice. All the meals provided were above average. The itinerary for the tour hit all the high spots. Our Tour Manager was good however it was very difficult to understand her on the bus when she was speaking into the microphone. When you spoke one-on-one with her, it was not difficult to understand her. She was very accommodating in switching the tour around so that we could go to the cliffs. She was always able to recommend good restaurants in the towns that we were at. Our final night at Kings Court, Cabra Castle was really very special

Fabulous tour!! Our guide (Eva) and driver (Dan) were the best! Saw so much of Ireland without feeling rushed. The mini tours within the tour were amazing. Each of the guest tour guides were excellent.

The Emerald Isle tour was very enjoyable as it covered many of the best things to see and do in all of Ireland/Northern Ireland. Our tour guide Carolyn Anderson went extraordinary lengths to make the tour interesting, informative and enjoyable. our bus driver John was courteous, careful and caring to ensure that all of our luggage was transported each day. there were many highlights that will remain with us for a long time. The tour confirmed the company's name Back Roads as we certainly travelled roads that other larger vehicles would not be able particularly in the northern and western part of Ireland/Northern Ireland

This was a great tour, Zi thought it was a long drive to Isle of Iona but it certainly was worth it. Accommodation great except Malmaison in Edinburgh, very dark andno help carrying cases up two flights of stairs.

Wonders of Wales tour led us thru the Blue-Roads of this stunningly beautiful Country. From visiting Cathedrals, Castles to a coal mine, wool museum, walks along the shores of Wales, to St Fagans National Museum, this tour provided us with a great look into the history of Wales. Hotels and restaurants were amazing.

The accommodations were wonderful, better than expected! Fiona was very helpful. I appreciated her ability to keep everyone on schedule and was just an all-around great tour guide. Fiona was very knowledgeable, kind and fun. I'm so glad she was a part of my Ireland vacation.
